ASSOCIATE DR. NAJIB JAAFAR Associate Professor Mohammad Najib bin Jaafar's involvement in this field of innovation is because of his deep interest that led to his success in various innovation awards. He believes that a teacher's job is not just teaching but more like research, publication, supervision, conference, consultation and service to the community. According to him, we need to be responsible and optimize with time, which is the time for us to present papers, innovate and supervise students. Therefore, time management is very important. The success of Associate Professor Mohammad Najib bin Jaafar has given us a lot of inspiration and encouragement. His achievements have proven that the success he got was from a clear dream and earnest determination to realize his goal. to sacrifice time, We can also learn that getting success requires great sacrifice, referring to the story of Dr. Najib who needed energy and money for research collecting data in carrying out the I-Tourism innovation project. Therefore, we must be confident in our own abilities and always do good like Dr. Najib's principle "the best people are the people who are the most beneficial of them for people". Lastly, Dr Najib advises us as students to have our own responsibilities which are responsibilities to God, parents and responsibilities in seeking knowledge. At the same time, we also need to improve the knowledge of soft skills as long as we are in this campus because those outside will see and value these skills. 52
مقابلة خاصة مع الأستاذ المشارك الدكتور محمد نجيب جعفر ن انخراط الأستاذ المشارك محمد نجيب بن جعفر في مجال الابتكار هذا يعود إلى اهتمامه العميق الذي أدى إلى نجاحه في جوائز الابتكار المختلفة. وهو يعتقد أن وظيفة المعلم لا تقتصر على التدريس بل هي أشبه بالبحث والنشر والإشراف والمؤتمرات والاستشارات وخدمة المجتمع. ووف ًقا له، نحن بحاجة إلى أن نتحلى بالمسؤولية وأن نحسن بمرور الوقت، وهذا هو الوقت المناسب لتقديم الأوراق البحثية والابتكار والإشراف على الطلاب. لذلك، إدارة الوقت مهمة للغاية. قد منحنا نجاح الأستاذ إ المشارك محمد نجيب بن جعفر الكثير من الإلهام والتحفيز. لقد أثبتت إنجازاته أن النجاح الذي حققه كان من حلم واضح وتصميم جاد على تحقيق هدفه. يمكننا أي ًضا أن نتعلم أن تحقيق النجاح يتطلب تضحيات كبيرة، مثل قصة الأستاذ نجيب الذي احتاج إلى التضحية بالوقت والطاقة والمال من أجل البحث في جمع البيانات في تنفيذ مشروع Tourism-I الإبداعي. لذلك، يجب أن نكون واثقين من قدراتنا ونعمل الخير دائ ًما مثل مبدأ الأستاذ نجيب "خير الناس أنفعهم للناس ". ًا، ينصحنا الدكتور ل أخير نجيب كطلاب بمسؤولياتنا الخاصة وهي مسؤوليات تجاه الله وأولياء الأمور ومسؤوليات في طلب المعرفة. في الوقت نفسه، نحتاج أي ًضا إلى تحسين معرفة المهارات الشخصية طالما أننا في هذا الحرم الجامعي لأن من هم بالخارج سيرون هذه المهارات ويقدرونها. و 53
