We are happy to help you throughout the process of
this large investment. There are so many factors you will likely have many questions, even after the build, I wanted to introduce myself.
I am Missy Elliott, Yes, for real, like the rapper! I love it! It makes things fun as life should be. I would like ev- eryone to keep in mind that the homes we are build- ing are made by human hands and you will likely find flaws. That’s why I am here.
I will help you get the items within building guidelines when something is amiss. While we have county inspections, 3rd party inspectors and many eyes on the home, it has never been lived in until you move in. The most important thing to remember is my name, my phone number and report all items to 2-10.com!
If you ever have any questions on the warranty pro- cess, please let me know. I will be your main contact after closing! While I hope your home is perfection, reality is there may be times you need me, I want to make that as stress free as possible.
