Reflection

The key lesson that I have learned from this lesson,
getting started from the conduct of LAC session
and its importance. The LDM2 Course will be a great
help to ensure the delivery of quality instruction
for it help us teachers be prepared for the Modular
Distance Learning in this new normal situation. It
helps to us to gain knowledge, skills and mind-set
that are necessary in this new teaching and
learning process. My eagerness to learn this course
for me apply and help me as a teacher adapt the
new normal education and to help achieve a
successful education for our learners. Having a
positive outlook and willingness to learn and help
can overcome whatever challenges encountered.
Improving my teaching strategies and practices
and continue my professional development by
attending online seminar/training. Conduct of LAC
Session produce quality output, learners ready and
fully equipped.
