SCOUT BAND: SCOUT MUSICIAN INTEREST QUESTIONNAIRE

The Las Colinas District will be conducting auditions for Scout musicians, with the intent of forming a
Scout Band that will perform throughout the day during the June 15th Carnival event.
There will be 2-3 audition dates for the convenience of Scouts wishing to audition. The dates will be
emailed to all interested Scouts who have submitted this completed form.
Interested musicians must meet and agree to the following criteria:

 Intermediate or advanced musician capabilities
 Ability to adequately read music or play by ear
 Intent to participate in 75% of rehearsals (dates/times to be set by Scout Band leader)
 Available on June 15, 2019 from 10:00am - 7:00pm for sound check, rehearsal & event.

interest in participating in the Scout Band. It does not guarantee a position in the band. Carnival Producer reserves the
right to forgo the Scout Band concept if there is not enough interest or adequate talent to form a band.
