Navigating care one thread at a time An intuitive, HIPPA compliant, mobile enabled, digital platform providing “Real-Time Access To Real-Life Data”
JEAN WALTZ PAIGE PROPPER
Seven years ago, my world turned upside down when my mother fell ill. Suddenly, my life became a frenzy of managing appointments, organizing medications, and finding the best care givers for her. As the eldest daughter, it was my responsibility to ensure that my mother’s needs were met 24/7, and that my family was kept informed of her health status. The burden was overwhelming, and it was then that I realized how many others like me were going through the same ordeal. One of them was my dear friend Jean, who was grappling with her own challenges caring for her mother-in-law. Night after night, Jean and I would talk, commiserate, and help each other through the darkest moments. We realized that there had to be a better way to manage the enormous task of caring for our loved ones. That’s when the idea for r-Thread was born. We needed a centralized location where we could consolidate all the vital information about our loved ones’ health, care, and medications. It was a place where everyone in our family circles could have real-time access to the latest updates and collaborate to provide the best possible care. With each passing day, we became more familiar with the healthcare space and realized the enormous potential that r-Thread could offer. We refined and expanded our vision, bringing together various aspects of a loved one’s health data to create a holistic picture of their care. The journey has not been easy, but we know that r-Thread is essential for families going through the same struggles that we faced. With r-Thread, we can make sure that our loved ones receive the best care possible, and that no one ever feels alone in their caregiving journey. r-Thread... Where it all began
The healthcare system’s siloed approach to data management presents challenges for individuals seeking a comprehensive view of their loved ones’ health status. We have developed an intuitive HIPAA-compliant and patient-centric SaaS-based system that integrates all health information into a centralized location. Our patent-pending correlational data architecture enables our analytics to tell the patient’s story, providing valuable insights for healthcare providers AND family members. Our Solution…
