1) Problem Statement

Accidental rate among motorcyclists is the highest compared
to other road users.The main factor for accidents involving
motorcycles is:

●The difficulty of other vehicles to predict the motorcyclists
moves on the road.

●Signal box that ususally located at the back of motorcycles
make it hard to be in the vision of approaching vehicles that
comes from the back.
The impact when a motorcyclist involves in a high speed
accident without wearing a helmet is very dangerous and cause
fatality.

Wearing a helmet can reduce shock from the impact and may
save a life.

2) Solution

●To generate signals at visible sight(helmet is fully-

programmed via a specific system)
●To set up pop-up warning signage that will appear at
instant when risks of collisions are present.

In future :
●To come up with smart vision,wiper is installed on the
helmet’s visor in order to overcome the limitations
sights when riding motorcycle during heavy rain.

The objectives of this project are to design the circuit that can improve safety
of motorcyclists, to develop a smart safety helmet for motorcyclists.

At the back of the helmet,there`s an
Arduino Uno circuit that will generate
signals during the motorcyclists corner

On the top of the helmet , there’s an
ultrasonic sensor that will detect any
incoming vehicle and there’s a buzzer
located at the back of the helmet and it
will ring if any vehicles are approaching

7) Conclusion

The conclusion is, a good project must have high
reliability, ease of use and affordable cost for the
users.This project has achieved many aspects that
have been put forward and it has the potential to
become a popular technology among today's
society.This smart helmet not only provide a large
profit but also can saves a person's life.
