1. Generate incremental growth of 100 Executives every year within paid as level in December vs. base year.
2. All BDM Stars Challenge qualifiers must be minimum paid as Ruby with 4 qualified1 G1 breakaway executives for any four (4) months from January to

December of each year and in December of the qualifying year.
3. BDM Stars Challenge Qualifier must be a minimum one (1) Star Creator2 for every 100 incremental Executives.

Be a BDM Stars Challenge Winner and drive your downlines to qualify!

A BDM Stars Challenge Winner who has a downline BDM Stars Challenge Winner within his G1-G6 may count a maximum of 50 Executives per line
for the entire BDM Stars Challenge from 2014-2017, based on the depth at which the downline BDM Stars Challenge winner is at in December of the
qualifying year.

Schedule of Bonus Payout:

Total pay-out is capped at USD$25Million. Pay-out of the BDM Stars Challenge will be on an annual basis at the end of each qualification year. From the total $25 million
total bonuses, we will pay the remainder of the $25Million minus all milestone payments as a Special Bonus upon the achievement of our SEA Goals by 2017.

NOTES:
1 A Qualified Breakaway Executive is paid as Executive or Provisional Executive/Demotion Exec with downline breakaway Executive.
2 Star Creator creates at least 1 new SEA Star and is paid as Ruby to Blue Diamond with a minimum of 4 Qualified G1 Breakaway Executives for minimum 4 months in a calendar year. A new

Star is a SEA Executive who has never been paid at a title of Ruby to Blue Diamond with a minimum of 4 Qualified G1 Breakaway Executives for at least 4 months in any prior calendar year
since January 2003.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Any SEA Distributor can qualify for the BDM Stars Challenge provided he/she completes all requirements on or before the end of the qualification period.
2. In order to be paid the BDM Stars Challenge Bonuses, all Challengers must maintain minimum Executive requirements until the month the bonuses are paid.
3. To count towards the 100 incremental total Executives, a new Executive may be counted provided he / she is promoted as new Executive by 1st December (last month

titles QEXEC is November) and must fulfill 2,000GSV in December.
4. Total Incremental Executives excludes all PEXECs, DEXECs and graced Execs both in the base period and the December of the qualifying year.
5. All incremental Executives must come from Southeast Asia markets only.
6. In order to count an Executive in the BDM Stars Challenge Qualifier’s total incremental, Executive must not have been an Executive in any previous year of the $25Million

BDM Stars Challenge from 2014-2017 and in GDDC from 2011-2013.

From the total $25 million total bonuses, we will pay the remainder of the $25Million minus all milestone

2017 payments as a Special Bonus upon the achievement of our SEA Goals - US$1Billion in revenue, 30,000
SPECIAL BONUS Executives and 3,000 Stars by 2017!

REQUIREMENTS
BDM Stars Challenge winner must be qualified Team Elite in 2017 and create 1 new Star in 2017 to be paid the Special Bonus.

3. Returns of more than 5% in the circle group of the Qualifiers and/or from any G1-G6 Executives created during the qualification period and up to 6 months after the completion of the

12-month qualification period may result in the forfeiture and disqualification from any of the prizes and may withhold all forms of recognition (wall of fame, success seminars, conventions)

4. The company reserves the right to deduct associated costs from the resulting prizes should subsequent product refunds affect the eligibility of the Qualifiers.

5. Qualifiers must observe the Policies and Procedures and must not commit any violations during qualification period, or company may forfeit and disqualify winner from any of the prizes and

may withhold all forms of recognition (wall of fame, success seminars, conventions)

6. The company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the incentive program and rewards as necessary.

Last February 20-21, our new Executives took part in the Go Star Camp taking place at the sleek and ultra-modern The Lighthouse Marina in Subic
Bay. Through hard work and determination, they have proved themselves early in their Nu Skin careers and made the most of it! They made the choice
