WHAT IS THE ATTITUDE OF A GREAT TEACHER? Usually, teachers can attract student attention to be more focused in their class or interest them in the subject that they teach with their personalities, attitudes, and learning styles. Besides, a great teacher should have the best attitude towards. In view of the fact that the world is changed by teacher example, not by teacher opinion, Teachers are an important part of society because they help educate, support, and coach students during their formative years and beyond. Teachers bring many skills to their profession and fulfill many daily responsibilities that highlight their abilities to teach and mentor students. On top of that, a teacher is a master who, through personal example, inspires students to rebel against learning. Nevertheless, what makes a good teacher? First and foremost, a teacher must be cheerful with the students, which is one way to make a great teacher. This is to make the students feel gleeful. In fact, the students will not be sleepy or feel bored in the class to obtain learning outcomes. In addition, the student will think that teacher class is an entertaining subject to learn. Consequently, this will increase their motivation to stay positive and their level of academic achievement. Besides that, if the teacher has no sympathy for the student, such as when she gives too much schoolwork. Thus, the students will be tired and stressed, which it will affect their mental health. Moreover, the students will feel left out with their family because they always focus and do school work rather than spend time with their family. Evidently, if the teacher has no sympathy for their students, it will has a lot of impact on them. Clearly, the teacher must have a cheerful attitude to be a great teacher. So that their students will be happy to learn. Next, the teacher has to be not only cheerful with the students but also generous. For instance, the teacher has to make quizzes in class and reward them with a present. For example, chocolates, candy, or other things. In view of the fact that this it is to increase their interest in answering that quiz, to increase their interest in learning about that subject, and to increase their motivation to study. Moreover, they will remember what they are study, and this will affect their learning outcomes and can improve their academic achievement. It is related to this idiom, which is to improve their exam result with flying colours. The word generous means not only spending money, but teacher can be generous in praising their students. For example, the teacher can praise them by saying ‘good’, ‘clever’, 'congrats', and ‘excellent’. In fact, this can interfere with their spirit of studying, and they can be interested in asking if there are any questions in their mind.

Furthermore, a teacher must make responsibility their priority. As teachers, they have the great privilege and responsibility to impact their student lives positively, giving them reasons to push forward and motivating them to want to succeed in life. Meaning that, they can build their self-obedience by their teacher’s personality, as the saying goes, ‘like father, like son’. This trait can be cultivated since school day, as the saying goes, 'strike while the iron is hot’. If this generation is able to cultivate this culture, we can build a better future. We can practice this culture slowly but surely. Besides that, a teacher who has good hygiene and cleaning practices is one of the best ways to teach the students about responsibility and self-confidence. For instance, the teacher always uses hand sanitizer and always teaches them to clean up their classroom before they back home. For example, they might pick up some trash to dump it in the dustbin. Other than that, they can wipe their desks. A clean school will help reduce the risk of exposure to many indoor pollutants, such as bacteria and other pests. Bacteria, or germs, are literally everywhere. Including at the cafe, where the food is stored, prepared, and eaten. Consequently, if they can maintain a healthy habit, they can avoid getting various types of diseases. So that they can live a healthy life. In a nutshell, as a teacher, it is necessary to show effort and earnestness to show the best attitude to their students. For this reason, they are actually an example for the next generation. Most importantly, a good teacher is actually the one who doesn’t take academic achievement as their first concern but student progress as their priority. So that, their student will truly glow. Consequently, the teacher can understand their student’s problem and try to solve it smoothly.
