Menu 2 by Dr Ghazali
Beef Bulgoggi

Beef Bulgogi is orignated from the Korean BBQ beef. Bulgogi in
Korean language means "fire meat." It is often made with tender
parts of beef or chicken. If not specific, automatically refers to
beef bulgogi.
1. Take the meat out from the packaging. Wrap each fillet
individually with cling wrap. Please the wrapped meat on to a
metal baking tray.
2.Put the tray into the freezer and let the meat partially freeze for
about 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
3. Remove the meat from the freezer and remove the cling wrap.
What is in bulgogi sauce?
Normally it is a blend of soy sauce, brown sugar, red apple, garlic,
ginder, ground black pepper and sasame oil. This gives a slightly
salty, mildly sweet and nutty savory flavour.
Serve the bulgogi with some steamed rice with other side dishes.
Bulgogi also can be prepared in other creative ways like Bulgogi
spring rolls, bulgogi tacos, bulgogi rice burger, bulgogi pizza,
bulgogi jeongol and chicken bulgogi.
