/ Artchitecture
Our architects are also artists,
creating works of art for residents to
inhabit: the spaces we create are the
places where people live out the key
moments of their lives. Therefore, we
settle for nothing less than sublime.
Not only do you see it, like a painting
or a sculpture, or listen to it, like
music, but you also live it, feel it,
move within it, and create the space
in which life takes place, so I define it
as the ‘great artwork’.
We consider architecture as the
turning point between idea and
reality. Our goal in this is to mentor
the developer as they bring their ideas
to life, based on a ‘one-stop-shop’
approach.
“We carry out our architectural design by giving
a key role to the void and we understand the
void as a design strategy. In fact, the void can
be built, making it the continuity between the
natural space and the built space, and it can be as
beautiful as we want. We conceive architecture
as a recipient that welcomes external forms from
within, projecting a continuum of spaces.
Gardens play a particularly important role
here. “In a way, a building can be conceived as a
wall, as a limit to the garden. Perhaps my main
contribution was to introduce the garden to the
house, creating small towns with all kinds of
services and facilitating a life in harmony with
nature”.
