TheCommunityImpactCoachinitiativeisauniqueopportunityforcommunityleaderswhodon’ttypically
haveaccesstoprofessionaldevelopmentornetworkingexperiences.CACinvitesdedicatedleadersto

facilitateourEducationOutsidetheClassroomprogramsdomesticallyandinternationally.Thisprovidesthem
withextensiveknowledgetobenettheircommunityandexperiencesthatwillfurthertheirpersonalcareers.

Overthepast4years,wehaveworkedwith72CICsacross138CACprograms.
Thesecoacheshavedirectlyimpactedover545,800childrenin22countries!

whichheusesCACcurriculawiththe
intentionofempoweringandengaginga
lotmorechildren.Notablyhehasspread
thecurriculumtoteachersfromschools
forchildrenwithdisabilities.

JamietravelledwithCACtoIndiain2016,
coachingwithusinBangalorefortwo
weeks.UponreturningtoScotland,his
organization,SpartansCFA,decidedtoset
upaSportforDevelopmentsub-team
withintheorganization,usingtheCAC
curriculumasabasistodelivergamesto
at-riskchildreninNorthEdinburgh.He’s
alsobeencreatinghisownactivitiesand
deliveringtheminlocalprimaryschools.

Marie-Francestartedherownfootballclubin
2012,whensherealizedtherewasnotasingle
sportorganizationforyouthinhersmall
Haitianneighborhood.AfterjoiningusasaCIC
inPort-au-PrinceandLeogane,she’scontinued
leadingotheradultsinSportforSocialImpact
training.Alwaysonetoinspire,she’sastrong
femalerolemodelforthegirls,boys,men,and
womensheleadsonthepitch.

In2017,DanielaleftPeruwithCACstaff,
enroutetoEcuadorwhereshefound

otherpassionatecoacheslikeherself,who
prioritizebeinganagentforsocialchange

abovecompetition.Connectingwith
themhasmotivatedhermorethanever
totransformherpassionintoaction.Back
inLima,shehasreceivedinvitationsfrom
SportforDevelopmentinstitutionstorun
trainingsandtoshareherexperiences
andideas.Theseinvaluableconnections
haveopenedupdoorsforhertowork
withmorepeoplewhosharethesame

passiontomakeabetterfuture!
