Why are Google Business Reviews so important?
There are several factors that have rendered Google Business as the de facto authority on

Its sophisticated algorithm optimizes for quality and hard to manipulate
They are highly visible and show-up right below sponsored ads on a Google inquiry.

FAQ

Q: Will this actually work?
A: Yes, it's proven! It requires only minor adjustments to the patient flow procedure, but it's common to see
review numbers increase by orders of magnitude!

Q: What kind of results should I expect?
A: Although we do not make guarantees and warranties about the number of reviews (we are dealing with
human behavior here) we can reasonably expect a 20-patient a day practice get 1-2 extra reviews a day!

Q: Is this within Google's rules?
A: Google does not want you to provide incentives for reviews as they believe it could influence their opinion.
They do not mind if you ask for reviews or even direct people to your google business page which is what we are
doing .

Q: What's the ROI on a Google Review?
A: The value of a -5 star review is highly debated and research is still coming in. Higher-rated practices are
certainly winning online, however practices with a 5.0 review rating appear as if their reviews are unauthentic
and it may work against them!

The cost of a bad review has also been highly scrutinized.It can vary from field to field based on the total patient
value. Losing 30 patients a month for a family practice at $450/patient average versus a plastic surgeon at
$4,000/patient is a big difference!

Q: Will I have to do anything for this to work?

Review Hero® is a monthly subscription service of Med Practice Hero. Med Practice Hero makes no warranties, claims or guarantees of
success. Med Practice Hero does not handle sensitive patient information or sell any client information to third party services. This
contract is month-to-month and requires a written, 30-day notice of termination. A valid credit card is required which will be billed
automatically at the beginning of the service date and each subsequent month thereafter until cancelled. Review Hero® service does not
require an on-site visit, however specific, custom elements of the service require cooperation from Practice Management.

Recurring Payment Authorization Form

Med Practice Hero offers select services that require the authorization of automatic
recurring payments. By signing this form, the client hereby agrees to provide Med
Practice Hero with authorization to auto-charge the provided credit card for the total
monthly invoice balance on invoice due date. Changes in credit card information or
expiring credit cards must be updated 14 days prior to billing date to avoid a $50 late
fee. 30 day written notice is required for cancellation of services.
