Zero Interest Rate Management | Zoom Knowledge Hour

Wednesday, January 27, 2021 | 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM EST

We’re not at zero yields for investment securities, but we set new record lows in 2020.
If the Fed’s comments prove true, it appears possible that this rate environment could
be around for several years. We will look at the composition of a typical community bank
bond portfolio, and will display several new bond structures that are the product of the
economic recession. We will also make some suggestions for duration and NIM mainte-
nance.

This session will be presented by Jim Reber, President & CEO of ICBA Securities. ICBA
Securities is a preferred provider of the PACB Services Corporation and supports the Cor-
poration and the PACB at a high level.
