The Banner Society is Calvert School’s leadership giving society recognizing donors to the School whose
financial contributions ensure the excellence of a Calvert education. The Banner Society is comprised
of Calvert’s six highest giving clubs: the Castalia Circle, the Silhouette Circle, the Black & Gold Circle,
the Tuscany Circle, the Presidents’ Circle, and the Head Masters’ Circle. Members of the Banner Society

Families of the Class of 2016 Gift Calvert with a Lyceum

The Cosman Chair provides funds to support continuing
education for Calvert faculty members who teach and develop
science programs, and to provide for the care and upgrading
of the Luetkemeyer Planetarium Programs. The fund was

The H.A.B. Dunning Foundation funded this endowment in
1971 with understanding that the income shall be used at the
