1 ONSITE ELECTRICAL MATERIAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM How the Conex Works Onsite Conex Manager (Optional) Each trailer is managed by onsite personnel, either an employee of Wholesale Electric or the client. Capability to create paperless releases and returns with the use of a bar code system. Replenishment Replenishment is done automatically through the through the Onsite Supply Inventory (OSI) system. The Wholesale Electric project coordinator: • Reviews the releases daily • Maintains the minimum and maximum inventory as specified by the electronic catalog • Issues reports Build the Electronic Catalog Clients determine what items workers will need and when the items will be required according to the project phase. This information is entered into the Wholesale Electric CMMS (Construction Material Management System), where a project-specific electronic catalog is created to: • Identify common and high volume items • Set minimum and maximum order points and quantities in the catalog Custom Stocked and Built Onsite Trailers Standard 10-ft, 20-ft, and 40-ft Conex Job Trailers are scalable for any size project or turnaround and are custom-built to your jobsite needs. Each is wind and water-tight to protect contents. • Materials itemized in the CMMS electronic catalog are bar-coded and fully stocked, including tape, cable ties, hardware, and other commodities. • Capability to track and release inventory with the use of a bar code system.
