IMPORTANT DETAILS

Dress Code

Woodside offers guests a casual golfing experience. With that said, we still
like to maintain a modest decorum. Please refrain from wearing ripped jeans,
cut offs, tank tops, short shorts, sweat pants or swimsuits. Also, we aerate the
greens once a year, so we don’t need anyone to show up in metal spikes or
high heels for unscheduled maintenance - soft spikes or running shoes only. If
anyone does show up in these items, we will ask them to change. Participants
can visit our fully stocked Pro Shop if they are in need of clothing that is both
stylish and conforming.

Speed of Play

Slow play is one of the biggest complaints golfers have, so we take this seriously.
The course marshal has the authority to inform slow groups and also to ask
them to pick up their balls and skip holes to catch-up to the group in front of
them. Please remind all of your groups that it is their responsibility to keep pace
with the group in front of them.

Etiquette

Our Team works hard to maintain our golf course. Please remind your groups
to observe proper etiquette. Repair ball marks, fill divots and rake sand traps.
Woodside is surrounded by a residential community, please be respectful of our
neighbours. If a golfer hits a home, do the right thing and contact the Pro shop
for a lesson. Woodside has an errant golf ball program that handles the cost of
repairs for broken windows that occur as a result of errant shots, so please don’t
hesitate to report any of these.

Weather

We do our best to make sure you and your guests have the best event possible.
Most of the time Mother Nature cooperates with us, but when she doesn’t we
provide all of our guests with a 100% rain check policy that gives them the
opportunity to play with us again on another day. Tournaments will be deemed
playable rain or shine, unless course management closes the course due to really
ugly weather. In the event of cancellation by Woodside, the golfing portion of
the tournament will be rescheduled or reimbursed. The banquet will be held
regardless of weather.

Food & Beverage 11

ALL FOOD & BEVERAGE PRODUCTS MUST BE SUPPLIED BY WOODSIDE GOLF
COURSE. The Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission and the Calgary Health
Authority mandate that Woodside is required to provide you with all of these
goodies under the terms of our license agreements. Please speak to one of
our Food & Beverage Team about any possible exceptions. Should you have
guests with special meal requests, you can arrange these with the Woodside
Team. Food & Beverage Meal Prices are subject to change. Prices quoted are
valid for 60 days prior to the event. WE ENFORCE A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
FOR OUTSIDE ALCOHOL. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE PERMITTED ON THE
COURSE UNLESS PURCHASED FROM WOODSIDE GOLF COURSE. Any alcoholic
beverages brought onto the premises will be confiscated and playing privileges
will be revoked without refund.

Prizes

All Woodside Tournament Packages include an allotment of $12 per player for a
prize pool. Tournament Organizers can either select merchandise from the Pro
Shop or provide the winners with Gift Cards in denominations of their choice.

Shotgun Starts

In order to host a Shotgun Start, Woodside requires that you have a minimum
of 96 players. *Woodside reserves the right to include non-tournament guests
for events with fewer than 120 players. It should be noted that events that book
a shotgun and end up with less than 96 players confirmed 18 days prior to the
event will have their start format changed, or will be billed for 96 players in
order to keep their shotgun start.

Guaranteed Numbers

Woodside requires that you provide us with an estimated number of tournament
guests at time of booking and that you update our team if there are drastic
changes to this estimate in either direction. Woodside requests thatTournament
Organizers provide us with the minimum number of guests to be attending 18
days prior to your event. This will be the minimum number of players that you
will be invoiced for. Woodside will require the number of meals for your event 7
days prior to your event, again this will be the minimum number of meals that
you will be invoiced for. Finally, Woodside requires a list of your golf groups or
teams 3 days prior to your event.

EVEN MORE IMPORTANT DETAILS

Damages

We want you and your guests to have an incredibly good time, but we also
need to be able to continue to provide exceptionally good conditions to all of
our members and guests - this means our facility and equipment need to be in
good working order. Tournament Organizers will be responsible for collecting
property and equipment damages caused as a result of misconduct by their
guests. In the event that an individual who has damaged property neglects to
inform the tournament organizer(s) or Woodside Golf Course, the tournament
will be responsible for all costs associated with the damage.

Rental Clubs

Woodside has a limited number of golf clubs available for those guests who
do not have their own equipment. If your group has more than 12 people who
require rentals we will do our best to accommodate but will require 18 days
notice to source extra equipment.

Online Registration | Event Web Page

Let us help you sell your event to potential players. We can create
a personalized event page for you to share information and collect
registrations and payments. There simply is no better way to promote
your event. We’ll even include some added value for any of your sponsors
by featuring them on your event page and including them as advertisers
inside our Mobile Scoring application. The following fees are applicable:
| up to 48 players = $500+GST | 49-95 players = $750+GST | 96+ = $1,000+GST |

Deposit & Payment Information

In order to reserve your requested date, confirmation is subject to availability
and receipt of a complete Tournament Agreement Form and Deposit. 100%
of the deposit will be forfeited if you cancel your event with 90 days or less
remaining until your event. 50% of the deposit will be forfeited if you cancel
your event outside of the 90 day window. Tournament Deposit Schedule:

Full payment of your event is due 5 business days after the event. 5% monthly interest will be charged to
accounts that are overdue. Accepted forms of payment include VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS,
