Ramadan Dining at PA.SO.LA Restaurant never fails to be a special moment with friends,
colleagues, and family. Guests may enjoy the sumptuous Iftar buffet spread with various
flavors of Indonesian and Middle Eastern delicacies throughout the month. Some of the
highlighted dishes are selections of Turkish Appetizers, Kolak Sumsum, Kambing Guling,
Nasi Kuning Makluba, Crispy Whole Barramundi Spiced Woku Vegetable Salsa, Beef
Rendang, Buntut Balado, to Turkish delights, as well as Smoked Chocolate and Turkish
Pistachio Baklava. The restaurant also serves a variety of exotic Middle Eastern
beverages, such as Rhutab, Mango Lassi, and Ayran.

As a way to enhance the Ramadan experience for Guests, Chef de Cuisine from The Ritz-
Carlton, Istanbul, will take over the kitchen and serve Turkish delights made with
authentic ingredients delivered directly from Istanbul to PA.SO.LA Restaurant.

Following the success of a previous collaboration, The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place
once again teams up with a celebrated interior designer, Kezia Karin to design this year's
Ramadan Hampers. Three limited-edition Ramadan Hampers will be available as special
gifts for the loved ones, featuring exclusive and premium products, from signature Ritz-
Carlton cakes, assorted chocolate and cookies, to aromatic diffuser with Oud essential oil
by Almeri Oud. Additionally, Guest may curate and request the items for a personalized
hamper.

THOUSAND STARS

The hamper box design is inspired by Lailatul Qadar, one of the most momentous nights
for Muslims that takes place ten days before the end of Ramadan. This night marks the
first time that the Quran was sent down from Heaven to the world. The first verses of the
Quran were also revealed to the prophet Muhammad that night.

The night was so beautiful for its serene atmosphere and clear sky without any light
visible except the stars, that it was referred to as the "Night of a Thousand Stars".
