Administration Principal: Richard Wall Vice-Principal: Portia Clinton Vice-Principal: Jack Woodson Superintendent: Christopher Hoffman VAPA Director: Jennifer Wilbanks The Smedberg Middle School Music Program would like to express its sincere thanks to all our supporters, both at our school site and in the district office, who smooth the way for us to concentrate on making music: Thanks to our admin team: Richard Wall, Portia Clinton, and Jack Woodson. They create a supportive environment here at Smedberg and ensure that the answers to the most important questions are always, “Yes.” In the district office, we are championed by our District VAPA Director: Jennifer Wilbanks, and her team of VAPA Specialists: Melissa Bramham, Mike Mangonon, Leah Newton, and Ron Ochoa. They work behind the scenes to establish our infrastructure, to provide us valuable resources, and to nurture a vision of what the arts should be in our entire district, K-12. Kudos! To our area school board representative in the Smedberg/Sheldon area: Mr. Carmine Forcina. He has carried the banner for arts instruction in our district for many years. He supports arts at every school in every classroom, every day, and he backs up his speech with persistent and decisive action. A better ally does not exist. Thank you!
