Carnival Monday and Tuesday is the pinnacle of Carnival; the
ultimate two day street party! Under hot blue skies, a sea of
colours, feathers, and sequins dance through the streets of
Port of Spain. ‘Chip’ and ‘Wine’! After a night of Jouvert you’ll
be back on the road in COSTUME with a carnival ‘band’ for the
party of a lifetime.



The twin isles of Trindad and Tobago are home to the biggest
street party in the Caribbean. “Carnival Monday and Tuesday”.
Celebrated prior to Ash wednesday, carnival takes over the
capital of Port of Spain!
Party without constraint in one of the many cultural and
musical events – Port of Spain truly becomes the party city!

Bacchannal! Bacchannal! Bacchannal!
The official ‘day opening’ celebrations. Come out on the
streets with the ghosts, goons and creeps! Party goers move
from inside to follow the thumping beats! Mud, paint, oil,
powder and chocolate covers all. This age old tradition is the
heart of carnival. With the warm Caribbean breeze sweeping
though the city people dance from midnight till dawn.
Traditional Jouvert characters can be seen around town;
watch out for the jab jab devils, midnight robber, moko
jumbies or the bookman.



Carnival season = carnival parties aka ‘Fetes’!
Fetaholics, soca junkies, party animals are terms
commonly used to describe party goers during
carnival season. YOU WILL be attending three of the
best events of carnival. Live artists and the worlds
best djs will have you jumping, waving and wining
non-stop. *All events are all drinks inclusive.

As the ‘soca monarch’ competition draws near, Soca
artists release their Carnival songs for the season.
The traditional Calypso tents begin to open, the steel
pan bands prepare for the worlds biggest Panorama
competition, all coming together to create a bustling
atmosphere in this city. A musical paradise.

During Carnival the Savvanah springs into life; with
the food stalls and vendors setting up their delicious
selections of spicy bbq Jerk chicken, rotis, doubles
and Trinidad’s famous ‘Bake n shark’. Mmmm.....
