1.0 Introduction Arabic is ranked as the fourth most widely spoken and used language in the world after English, Spanish, and Chinese. It is a language spoken by nearly 100 million people worldwide. In terms of education, Arabic is not only an elective subject, but there are also fields and courses that make Arabic a core subject starting from schools, foundation programs, diplomas, bachelor's degrees, master's degrees, and doctorates. There are various ways to make Arabic an attractive language for the community, one of which is by creating an edictionary. An E-Dictionary is a bilingual dictionary software that compiles the latest dictionary books developed specifically to facilitate the search for terms and word meanings. This is one alternative to attract people's interest in learning Arabic. The E-Dictionary can be accessed using mobile devices anywhere.
