Obituary

Janet Lee Robinson was born on January 28, 1964. She was the

third child born to Donald and Deloristine Long of Los Angeles
California. She attended Augusta Mayo Elementary, Whaley
Middle School, and Manuel Dominquez High School. In 1985
Janet was blessed and gave birth to a handsome and health son,
Tony Lee Holmes Jr. Janet had varies jobs that eventually lead
her to her current employment at Community Behavioral Health
Center in Fresno California.

Janet attended St. Peter A.O.H. Church of God under the

leadership of Overseer Larnie White, where she gave her life to
Christ and was field with precious gift of the Holy Ghost. Janet
dedicated her service to the Lord by becoming active in the
church as member of the usher board also giving her voice in praise
as a member of the St. Peter A.O.H. choir. In August of 1995 Janet
was joyously join in holy matrimony to Edward Robinson Jr.

The Lord called Janet home on January 7, 2015 where she joined

her parents who preceded her in death. She leaves to cherish her
memories her husband of 19 years Edward Robinson Jr.; her son,
Tony Lee Holmes Jr.; her step-mother, Jeannell Long; her mother
in-law, Cheryl Stephen; her siblings: Juan Calhoun, Nathaniel
Barron (LaTonya), Angela Long-Harvey, and Donald D. Long; her
sisters-in-laws: Ora Robinson, Amanda Robinson (who preceded
her in death), Mable Stephen (Keith); one brother-in-law, James
Stephen (who preceded her in death). She also leaves four nieces
and three nephews: Monique Calhoun, Antione Woodley Jr.,
Natalie Barron, La Cole Griffin, KeAndre Long, Jasmyn Long,
Donye’ Long; six great nieces and nephews: Amaya Woodley,
Constance Barron, Aslan Griffin, Antione Woodley III, Destiny
Woodley, and Destiee Turner; and host of uncles, aunties, cousins
and friends.
