Dr. Muhammed Alimi Abdul-Razaq LLM, PH.D (Hull), BL, FCIArb

Dr. Muhammed is the Chairman, Forte Upstream Services Limited. Nigeria and an elected member of the Royal Institute of International

Gbenga Fapohunda Non-Executive Director

Gbenga Fapohunda is currently the Executive Director and Chief Finance Officer for West Africa
at Japan Tobacco International (JTI). He is the first Nigerian to be on the board of JTI. He joined
JTI from United Parcel Service (UPS), the biggest logistics company in the world, where he was
the Chief Finance Officer for the Nigerian business. At UPS, he was awarded the best CFO within
the region – amongst numerous countries. Prior to this, he was the Chief Finance Officer and a
member of the Board of Directors at British American Tobacco (BAT) Ghana, where he was in
charge of 12 countries. He joined BAT from Price water house Coopers (PWC). He was a
manager within the financial advisory team where his team worked on numerous landmark
financial advisory deals where he won the award for the best team and Engagement Manager for
the year. Before, PWC, Fapohunda was at KPMG Professional Services where he consulted for
numerous Institutions on Accounting processes, IFRS and Risk Management.

He is an Associate Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria; He is also a
Chartered Management Accountant and Institute of Credit Administration.

Jolomi James Company Secretary and Legal Adviser

Jolomi James is a vastly experienced legal practitioner and company secretary, trained in
reputable institutions of learning in Nigeria and France. He holds L.L.B and B.L degrees from the
Ambrose Ali University, Edo State and the Nigerian Law School. He has leadership experience in
broad multi-functional roles spanning legal and tax practice, corporate and regulatory affairs as
well as commercial legal management. He has appeared and conducted cases as a trial and
appellate counsel across various courts in Nigeria.

Doyin Ogun Acting Managing Director

Doyin Ogun is the Acting Managing Director of Forte Upstream Services Limited responsible for
the overall execution of the Board's growth strategy. He joined the company on the 1st of July
2019 as Executive Director, Business Development.
He brings over 16 years of professional experience in operations management, leading business
growth strategies, corporate communications, oil trading activities, and facilitating investor
relationship in the oil and gas industry. He has demonstrated optimisation of enterprise resources
by ensuring budget implementation and cost control while maintaining healthy stakeholder
relationships.

Prior to this, he was Head of Corporate Services at Forte Oil Plc responsible for Group Strategy,
Government Relations, General Administration & Medical Services, Brands & Corporate
Communications and Group Office. He was also Group Head, Strategy and Government
Relations and Manager, Investor and Government Relations of the Company respectively at the
Company.

Doyin doubled as Supply Manager of Zenon Petroleum and Gas Limited and Head of Operations
at Fineshade Energy Limited, an Oil Trading company, where he had responsibility for Trading,
Shipping and Regulatory functions.

A brief foray into the telecommunications services sector by leading Private Networks Nigeria's
Network Support Services business into managed services at base station and critical network
facilities developed his project management skills.

He is a vastly experienced International Petroleum Products Trader / Cargo Operator focused on
physical oil and petroleum products negotiation, contracting, transportation, refining, blending,
vessel chartering, vendor management and operations.

He joins the company with a deep knowledge of the Energy Sector with special emphasis on
management, regulatory matters, petroleum products movement, supply and distribution,
contract management and performance, managing multiple loadings and deliveries of cargoes
into three continents safely.

He is an Alumnus of the Executive MBA programme of the Lagos Business School, Pan Atlantic
University with a First Degree in Geology from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He also
attended courses at IESE Barcelona, University of Stellenbosch, South Africa and the Oxford-
Princeton Programme.

Idris Olufowobi Chief Financial Officer

Idris Olufowobi is an associate member of both Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria
(ICAN) and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He possesses Certified Islamic
Finance Executive (CIFE) under the supervision of Ethica Institute of Islamic Finance. In addition,
he possesses CertIFR and CertIFRSME. He's seen as a high-flyer as he was consistent in his
academic career by obtaining First Class at University of Lagos (UNILAG) BSc. Accounting and
Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy from Lagos State Polytechnic, Ikorodu.He is a
seasoned professional accountant with over 10 years hands on experience pre and post
qualification.

He is currently the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Forte Upstream Services Ltd, a company
formerly wholly owned by Forte Oil Plc until the divestment which took place in May 2019. He
manages the Finance and Procurement departments. He oversees the preparation of FUSL's
financial reports and ensures the reports are generated in accordance with International
Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) to provide a true and fair representation of the organization's
financial position. He also ensures effective and efficient procurement of goods and services
through competitive pricing without undermining quality.
While he was the Group Treasurer of Forte Oil Plc, he coordinated periodic reviews of investment
and foreign exchange policies and benchmark against other best practice companies. He also
ensured judicious management of the company's liquidity to meet all likely contingencies within
established risk limits.

Olugbenga Sodeinde Head, Business Assurance & Risk Mgmt

Olugbenga Sodeinde is an astute scholar who has 16 years experience in the manufacturing and
oil and gas industry, With specialization in Business Assurance and Compliance Audits, Business
process Audits, Risk management and Operations Management.

Olugbenga joined Forte Oil Plc mid 2014 and continued with the successes recorded in
Operations management for the next 4yrs. He moved Forte Oil Plc forward as he re-engineered
the resuscitation of the Distribution unit to attain an enviable position amongst the other
competing major marketers within the industry. Service delivery hitherto adjudged to be at its
lowest service point was improved on and this further boosted investors' confidence in the
company. Olugbenga upon achieving this feat, was redeployed to the Business Assurance and
Risk management team which had been identified as his forte to further give the desired boost to
a control prone environment. Olugbenga was able to ensure that there was an improvement in
Quality Assurance Management and contributed immensely in ensuring that Governance and
compliance was entrenched within the company and its retail outlets in particular.
Olubenga left Forte Oil in August 2019 to join Forte Upstream Services Limited in November 2019

Olusoji Ajewole Manager, QA & QC

Olusoji Ajewole is a seasoned and experienced Quality Control & Quality Assurance Manager
with Forte Upstream Services Limited where he is responsible for the overall monitoring of
Laboratory activities which includes but not limited to quality checks of products prior to
reception into the warehouse and prior to leaving to clients location, Involve in Technical Tender
process, Inventory of Laboratory equipment/Reagents, Rig support, Training of new hires, hazard
monitoring and observation etc.

He has over a decade experience working in the upstream sector of the Oil and Gas industry
and has good eye for detail ensuring that all pre-requisite standards and procedure are followed
to the letter.

He holds a degree in Microbiology from the Ondo State University, An associate member of the
Council of Medical Laboratory scientist of Nigeria, A professional Certification in Basic Mud
Engineering/Completion fluid from SLDTEK Mud School and training on Laboratory Management
and Quality Control from Baker Hughes Global Training Centre, Houston, Texas, U.S.A. He is also
a trained First Aider with the Nigeria Red Cross.

Nwakaego Okoye Manager, Human Resources & General Admin.

Nwakaego Okoye, a licensed Human Resources Professional, with the following institutions: the
Chartered Institute of Personnel Management(Associate member),Human Resources
Certification Institute (PHRi), Certified Human Resources Management Professional(CHRMP-
Associate) with over ten years' experience in this profession, cut across Different sectors of the
economy.

She holds Postgraduate and First degrees in Psychology with emphasis in organizational
behaviour from the prestigious University of Lagos, and Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka
Anambra state respectively. Also, holds a Professional Diploma in Human Resources
Management from Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).

She Joined the Forte Upstream Services Limited on 9th September, 2019 as the Manager, Human
Resources and General Administration.

Emeka Ikeji Technical Sales Coordinator

Emeka Ikeji is the Technical Sales Coordinator of Forte Upstream Services Limited has the
responsibility of strategic engagement with clients and cost-effective management of client's
related operations.

He is highly experienced in drilling fluids operations & technical services having worked in a
consulting capacity as lead drilling fluids engineer on various Onshore & Offshore projects for
both indigenous and major IOC's in Nigeria.

Prior to this, he had his initial training with Ana Industry Limited and MI Schlumberger Customer
Mud School, SLD Expertise Consulting etc.

Emeka Ikeji is a Member of Society of Petroleum Engineers. He also holds a Bachelors (Honors)
degree in Pure & Industrial Chemistry from the University of Port Harcourt and a Certificate of
achievement in Drilling Fluids Technology.

Juliana Okonma Manager, HSE and Community Relations

Juliana Okonma is an experienced and committed HSE Manager with a wealth of knowledge in
Quality, Security, Health and Safety and the Environment legislation and codes of practice. Expert
in identifying exposures with significant loss potential, root cause analysis, and assessing
company safety processes to ensure compliance to regulations. A good communicator on all
levels.

With her wealth of experience for over 15 years she has been able to translate excellent safety
and quality performance into profitability and operational excellence for over 5 companies
spread across the Oil and gas as well as the construction industry.

She is a registered HSSEQ Professional (ISPON) in Nigeria with international qualifications such
as NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health, Certified Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2015,
Certified Protection Officer (CPO), Certified OSHAS 18001:2007 Lead Auditor, Certified ISO
9001:2008 QMS Internal Auditor, Certified LEAN Production (Lean Six sigma). She has an M.SC
in Health Safety and Environmental Engineering from the International Institute of Management
and Technology India with her first degree in Industrial Safety and Environmental Engineering
form the Petroleum Training Institute, Nigeria.

She is a member of International Foundation for Protection Officers. IFPO, Association of
Industrial Security of Safety Operators Nigeria. AISSON, Institute of Safety Professional Nigeria.

Juliana Okonma is the HSSEQ and Community Relations Manager for Forte Upstream Services

Akinlolu Odunlami Financial Controller

Akinlolu is a highly driven professional accountant with passion for Finance and Accounting. He
is currently the Financial Controller of Forte Upstream Services Limited and responsible for
providing qualitative financial support services and oversee the management of the General
Ledger and books of accounts as well as prepare financial reports in compliance with
International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS).

He holds a BSc in Entrepreneurial studies from Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta and
he is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered of Nigeria (ICAN)

Robert Ugwumba Head, Port Harcourt Operations

Robert Ugwumba holds a Petroleum Training Institute Diploma in Petroleum Processing
Engineering Technology, Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Chemistry and Post Graduate
Diploma in Petroleum Geology from Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka. He later proceeded to
ESUT Business School and was awarded a Master of Science degree in Environmental
Management.

With more than 20 years experience in the Energy Sector, he joined Forte Upstream Services
Limited in 2017 as the Drilling Fluid Manager, presently he is the Head of Port Harcourt
Operations. Robert brings with him a wealth of knowledge in the drilling and completions fluids
engineering services, projects and safe management of operations. He is a member of the
Nigerian Institute of Safety, Environmental Management Association of Nigeria and an Alumni of
ESUT Business School.
