KwikKraft alloy boats are built by Icon Brands International at their Rangiora factory along with the Ramco range of alloy
boats and a number of large alloy boats built for Robson Design. KwikKraft are also very committed to manufacturing in
Canterbury as domestic and export sales continue to grow.

Kwikkraft’s main point of difference is that they are custom building high quality alloy boats at the top end of the market.
They will not compromise these high standards of design and construction as this is what they have built their reputation
on. They firmly adhere to their company principle of quality and performance without compromise. They provide a hull and
structural warranty based on this.

About us

KwikKraft Commercial boats have been exported
all over the world including Australia, the Pacific
Islands, Canada and the USA.

A key factor in maintaining the leading edge in the
global market is the use of Christchurch’s Robson
Design. This ensures that a new boat will not only
look good but will have superior performance and
handling characteristics in the conditions that it is
to be used (from shallow braided rivers through
to heavy off-shore sea conditions)

Another key affiliation for KwikKraft is it’s
association with Hamilton Jet. At the design stage
their technical team, based in Christchurch, can
advise on jet unit and motor requirements and
feasibility analyses can enable a boat to be
designed to satisfy the customers needs.

All the manufacturing and fit-out work (including

painting )is completed at the factory along with

fabricating the alloy trailers Despite the higher

freight costs, exchange rate disadvantages and

the general global recession, the export side of the

business remains strong and continues to grow.

Jet propelled tour boats have been exported to

Africa, United Arab Emirates, Lebanon, Hong Kong,

Croatia, Turkey, Korea and Finland. All these boats

have twin Hamilton Jet units installed. 3
