Airo true CT provides full visualization of the target throughout treatment fractions. Clinically
relevant changes to target volume and structure can be assessed over the course of
treatment.

• Automatic Hounsfield unit registration of the Airo CT scan to the diagnostic imaging study
• Adaptive planning using the Airo CT Hounsfield units

EXAMPLE: PROTON THERAPY LUNG TUMOR TREATMENT

The presence of fluid and other soft tissue change is readily visualized with helical CT imag-
ing. Hounsfield units from Airo interfraction CT enable adaptive planning and treatment.

Original plan based on diagnostic CT image of Fluid build up alters the original dosimetry over
target and surrounding structures the course of treatment, potentially changing
clinical effectiveness
