Our Capabilities
We may be a medium sized agency but we have big agency capabilities. We are a full
service advertising and design agency with over 25 years of operation and experience
under our belt. We have worked closely in partnership with our clients to solve problems
with strategically driven creative solutions. Our methodology for brand and campaign
development is tried and tested, having been successfully implemented for key clients
such as Rio Tinto, Colliers International, Senses Australia, Keep Australia Beautiful, St
John of God Healthcare, Heart Foundation, Ross North Homes, Beko, Cedar Woods

Brand strategy, development and positioning;
There is nothing more important than having a brand position that is unique, relevant
and compelling. Our process and methodology for brand development and strategy is
something we have refined over the years and it all starts with asking ‘why?’
Campaign strategy, creative and development;
Like most agencies, we love campaigns. To us, it’s about solving a problem with
strategically driven creative and this all starts with a strong brief. Our creative team has
extensive experience both here and overseas with the development of large integrated
campaigns from strategic development through to messaging and campaign execution
Creative advertising services;
From traditional to new media, from above the line to through the line to below the line,
from mainstream to niche, we have the talent, the experience and the expertise to
deliver strategically driven creative in the most compelling forms for the audience/s and
aligned to the budget.
Graphic design and typesetting services;
The right person/people for the right job is about the right allocation. Our cohesive
studio teams have the passion, natural design flair and attention to detail to add value
even to the simplest of design projects. Our Production and Traffic Manager has the
inherent knowledge and experience to manage our resources to ensure the most
appropriate talent is working on the right project.
Promotional material design and production;
From pull up banners to corporate giveaways right through to trade show booths, we
can look after any promotional items. From sourcing, designing, production and delivery
of these items, it means one point of contact for you with better quality control, leading
to a better outcome.
Design and development of digital assets for e-newsletters, websites and
social media;
Whether it is an online banner graphic, a series of social media ads, or a fully designed
and developed website, we have the design and digital expertise in-house to create,
produce and manage all kinds of digital projects. We are also across the latest web
content accessibility guidelines and are Google DoubleClick certified.
Copywriting and editing;
We understand that there are many different skills and requirements in this area- writing a
clever headline is vastly different to writing an annual report or capability statement. At
Creative ADM we have the right resources in-house and as strategic partners no matter
what the writing, editing or proof-reading task is.
Production services;
Sourcing the right talent, booking the right studio, finding the right location and suitable
props – these are all part of what we do and having a dedicated production manager,
working with vastly experienced creative, strategic and account service teams makes this
an integral part of a project, not an extraordinary one.
Print management and printing;
We have a group of print partners that we have been working with for many years. They
are trusted professionals who offer us advice and support and better rates due to the
volume of print we do - which means we can pass on these savings to our clients. We will
collaborate with the printer throughout the duration of a project ensuring that they are privy
to any deadlines and special instructions or requirements, including the all-important
delivery. We will receive a printers proof to check and approve most jobs, with multiple
checks by the team who worked on it.
Distribution;
With the right partners and our own extensive experience in this area, we see distribution
as another communication important tool to help get the client’s message to their
customers and we use this tool weekly. From large scale newsletter distribution to
ensuring the correct delivery of printed collateral across the country, we realise creating
great communications means nothing until it is delivered to the proposed audience.
Who we are
Creative ADM is an established full service marketing agency that has been providing our
clients with effective strategic ideas and service for more than 25 years. We have
positioned ourselves as Perth’s premium mid-sized agency providing the best
combination of strategy, service and creative.
The agency was founded in the early 1990’s on a heavy retail background due to the
experience and relationships of the previous owners Steve and Sandy Tippett. At one
point - and before the current duopoly of Coles and Woolworths - we were undertaking
work for the majority of Perth’s supermarkets including Action, FAL, Advantage, Stammers
and Newmart.
Now based in Floreat and under the 10 year strong ownership of Giles Tovey and Martin
Shearwood (with Warren Campbell being appointed an Associate Director in 2013), we are
a close-knit team of committed professionals.
Our structure and size means that we’ve got big agency capabilities but a boutique agency
attitude with a commitment to top-notch service. The long term client relationships that we
have developed and grown over the years are an indication of our ability to create work
that gets results. We strongly believe that every piece of communication – no matter how
big or small – needs to convey a message and that it’s all about being creative to be
effective.
Creative ADM has a proud and extensive history of providing strategic solutions for a
variety of clients across a number of different sectors – whether it is property, government,
corporate, resources, not-for-profit or retail. All projects are managed by experienced staff
whose number one priority is to create communications that really stand out from the
crowd and talk clearly to the intended target audience to achieve our client’s
objectives.

Our Community Involvement
Through the course of our work we are proud to be involved with WA community and not-
for-profit groups. We’d like to think that through these partnerships we can help them
reach their objectives and do what we can to give back to the community and contribute
to the success of others. Plus, we also have a lot of fun along the way!
• Provide subsidised marketing services for Asthma Foundation, Cancer Council,
Heart Foundation, Dyslexia Speld Foundation
• Regular support, donations, and participation in fundraising events for Senses
Australia including lawn bowls, golf and Gala Ball functions
• Sponsorship of the annual caregivers balls for St John of God Murdoch and
Subiaco
• Donations to the Rotary Club, United Way, Ride to Conquer Cancer, Radio
Lollipop and other events during the year
Our Associate Director Warren Campbell has been a long term supporter of the Asthma
Foundation. He is a current Board Member, ex-Vice President, and actively involved in the
Foundation’s strategic and fundraising activities including but not limited to the annual
freeway bike hike.
