year 4 Last Monday, my mother and I went to a famous café in KLCC. Luckily, we did not have to wait for a seat because we came before the café's peak time. As soon as we walked into the café, the smell of roasted coffee beans and classic jazz music welcomed us in. As my mother and I looked around the café, we found that the vintage yet timeless décor were very much to our liking. After finding a cozy place to sit, we took a look at their menu. The café's menu highlighted several versions of their well-known lattes with intricate and gorgeous designs. In addition to that, unlike other cafés where the food options are either cakes that have been stored for too long or stale pastries, this café produces made-to-order items, thus, everything is made when ordered except for their fast selling items. While waiting for our food and drinks, we talked about what we've been up to to pass the time. At last, our dishes arrived. O.M.G! Everything tasted better than I could've ever imagined. The only drawback is the prices that are a little more on the expensive side. However, everything was well worth it, especially after seeing my mom's happy and content face. Since my mom and I were thoroughly impressed with the café, I placed another order, my mom's favourite blueberry cheesecake, to-go. Suddenly, it began to rain heavily outdoors. Even though we didn't have umbrellas, we still stayed optimistic. Up till the rain ceased, we stayed seated in the café, sipping our coffee, and looking out to the floor-to-ceiling windows at the view of the city until the rain stopped. Neither of us wanted to leave this peaceful place even after the rain stopped. year 4 Since last week was my school holiday, I spent the Monday hanging out with my closest pals, Leonor and Sophia. The three of us had planned to go to the water park two days beforehand. Such a _ _ _ (Brown) idea! I woke up early that morning and started packing my essentials for the water park. After all, how was I supposed to go to a water park without packing my _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ (Pink) _ _ _ _ (Brown) swimming suit? As soon as everyone arrived at the rendezvous point, we jumped in to Leonor's father's _ _ _ _ _ (Pink) van and started moving to the water park. The water park was quite far from the city. We had to drive through the highway and passed by multiple forests with _ _ _ _ (Brown) trees. The atmosphere in the van was _ _ _ _ _ _ (Pink) as the van was filled with singing and laughter as Leonor's father kept making dad jokes and cracking us up. It was so _ _ _ _ _ ! (Yellow) Finally, we arrived at the water park and we _ _ _ _ _ _ _ (Brown) jumped out of the van to line up in the _ _ _ _ (Brown) queue for the entrance tickets. The entry ticket was not as _ _ _ _ _ (Pink) as I had thought. Nonetheless, even after spending our savings on the _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ (Yellow) tickets, we still maintained a _ _ _ _ (Yellow) and _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ (Yellow) frame of mind and went inside. After changing into our swimsuits, the water slide was the first thing we went to. Since it was my first time ever riding a waterslide, I was very _ _ _ _ _ _ _ (Yellow) during the ride. Instinctively, I accidentally dragged Sophia into the water with me when I got out of the water slide! Surprisingly, though I expected her to be _ _ _ _ _ (Brown) at me, she was instead laughing at my cowardness! Should I pull her down with me again next time? After we finished riding almost all of the _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ (Yellow) slides available, we then went to the _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ (Brown) slide of all which is The Free Fall Water Slide. I could not get my mind off of it even after the ride, but all of us were _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ (Brown) with it and felt like it lived up to its name. Then, we had a _ _ _ _ _ (Pink) break from all the excitement and ate our _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ (Brown) homemade lunch. At the end of the day, though we were really _ _ _ (Brown) about going home, we're glad to have a very _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ (Yellow) memory to share and laugh about together in the future.
