Accelo vs Zoho CRM
Accelo CRM
Accelo is a system that can do it all. Accelo demo is extremely
sophisticated. Depending on the sophistication of your organization, or
specifically the capabilities you are tasked with implementing, it can be
almost too sophisticated. It all depends on your situation. The more you
use, the more data you provide, the more you can see and do. Incredibly
strong. But it is definitely not a tool that would be appropriate for smaller
boutique-type organizations that have only basic needs.
Zoho CRM
Zoho is a highly recommended tool that has all the features you need to
better manage your customer relatives. Automated employee notifications
and tools to manage customers and resources are amazing. The system
works without slowing down and is also very cost-effective software and
affordable for almost everyone. And very suitable for any type of business,
whether small or large, everyone can take advantage of it and its amazing
features.
Accelo: Pros
Client Work Scheduling: You can better manage your time with customers.
Home information in an area: You can view all the information needed for a
particular customer in an area.
Accelo: Cons
Cumbersome processes - you feel the tasks take longer than they should.
We picked up the Projects module, it was unreasonable. It has migrated to
JIRA, which integrates with the Accelo support module.A new contact is
required for each email address. If a person uses multiple email addresses
to contact, this information should be spread across multiple contacts.
Zoho CRM: Pro
Zoho CRM is very customizable. Out-of-the-box modules are a great
starting point, but the system allows you to customize them better for
internal operations.
Integration with other Zoho applications is key to us, and Zoho CRM acts
as a hub for our team’s project tracking, communication, and task tracking.
Most, if not all, other Zoho applications have native integration with Zoho
CRM.The reporting features are excellent. Similarly, the ability to create
custom "views" in our module record provides deeper insight into critical
data stored in Zoho CRM.
Zoho CRM: Cons
The navigation is a little clunky.
While maintaining the data can be challenging customization can be a
detriment since undoing previous iterations. You need a clear SOP on
where to work out of (contacts, deals, accounts) since the notes don't
necessarily transfer.
