C1-what present should I get her C2-why do you think I should get her that present C3-where can I go to buy the suggested present

Hi Julia, Sorry for my late reply, I was busy with my hockey training for the state competition. I’ll try my best to help you. Finding the perfect gifts for a mom can be tricky. She might claim she doesn't want anything or have very specific tastes, so finding a thoughtful gift might require some extra thought. In my opinion, the best present to get your mother is a crossbody phone case and wallet. Moms usually hate bulky bags. HV Leather Crossbody is the perfect choice as this stylish crossbody case is invented for storing mom’s phone and wallet. It accommodates a wide range of smartphones and features card slots and a snap pocket to keep their essentials all in one tiny, easy-to-access place. There are a few online shopping websites that sale this brand. You can try Shoppyme, Hanada or BuyIt. I hope you like my suggestion. C1-what household chore do you like best C2-why we must do household chores C3- how to encourage teenagers to help out at home

Chores can be a major source of contention in many families especially when teenagers are involved. Getting young people motivated to get to work can be a challenge. As a teenager, the household chore that I like best is making sure that the waste from our house is properly place in correct bins. Mother has bought colour-coded bins for our household waste two years back and since then, I was given this task. Every Saturday I will sort the waste into these bins. It’s important for a teenager to help out around the house. We must do household chores as helping out at home teaches us the importance of contributing to a team. Working together as a family build relationships and gives us a sense of stewardship over our homes. It also allows us to feel valued and competent, both of which enhance self-esteem. Moreover, it teaches us valuable skills that we will need as we go to college or move out to make their own way in the world. There are several ways to encourage teenagers to help out at home. Firstly, teenagers want to feel valued. When parents make a chore a responsibility and not just some menial task, it can actually help teens feel more important. In addition, if teenagers fail to do a chore, their new chore is to deal with the consequences of that failure. Furthermore, parents have to appreciate their hard work and their willingness to pitch in around the house. When they realise that their contribution is valuable and that it is helping to build trust between parents and teenagers, they are more likely to be willing to do another chore. Getting teenagers motivated to do chores around the house can be tough. Even though chores can be unpleasant and cause fights, they are an important part of teaching teens to be responsible. C1- name and location of popular homestay C2-why you like this homestay C3-would you recommend this place to others?

Review- Happy Box Homestay Hotels are generally great when you’re traveling with two to three other people, like a couple of friends or a family. However, if you’re planning a getaway for a large group with five or more people, then homestays are a lifesaver. Not only are homestays great value for money, they’re often quite flexible, with fewer rules than hotels so you can make yourself more at home. The most popular homestay in my area is Happy Box Homestay which is located in Jalan Damai, Alor Setar. You’ll feel at peace here as it is is set in the middle of a paddy field. Therefore, you can enjoy fresh air, blue skies and bright green paddy fields as far as the eyes can see. The homestay is built out of repurposed freight containers painted in bold colours that are sure to cheer you up, with a cafe attached. The types of rooms available range from standard room for two people to family room for six to 8 people. Moreover, all rooms are equipped with comfortable beds, private bathroom, TV and free WIFI. Other than that, they have a nice pantry for you to use but you have to bring your own food. You can brew your own coffee and just enjoy the view from their upper deck. In addition, you can also go cycling as they provide bicycles here. Let’s not forget, you can have a lot of beautiful photos here because many areas are Instagrammable. I highly recommend this place as the location and view are excellent and amenities are complete too. It is an ideal option for couples, families and friends who would like a short getaway to enjoy slow pace of living and the beauties of nature. C1-how do teenagers spend their leisure time C2-what are the advantages of leisure time C3- what are the disadvantages of having too much leisure time

Leisure Time The word 'leisure' means time at one's own disposal or free time which is not filled by work, whether it is by a paid job or schoolwork or housework. It is, in fact, 'time on our hands' when we can do exactly what we want to do. It is, therefore, one of the pleasures of life to have leisure and to be able to use it intelligently. How teenagers use their leisure depends entirely on their own individual tastes and talents. Here, hobbies and leisure are closely connected. The game lover will spend every available fee hour playing games while the book lover will spend hours poring over books and will be a frequent visitor to the local library. In this connection, it is wise for young people to develop many interests outside their regular, some sedentary and some active, so that later on, they will not be forced to lead too narrow a life. When it comes to children's overall development, leisure time activities are just as important as traditional education. Teenagers need free time to explore interests, unwind or be with friends. There are many different benefits that can be achieved by participating in leisure opportunities. Teenagers as individuals will experience personal development and growth as well as have good physical health. They develop values like self esteem and self reliance too. And not forgetting, they strengthen social bond with friends. On the other hand, having too much free time comes with a string of disadvantages such as boredom, procrastination, anxiety and even depression. It can lead to bad habit making, lack of focus as well as discipline. To conclude, the most important point of all is to be educated for leisure so that however much free time we may have, and at whatever age, we may always be able to fill it happily and well, thus developing our fullest possible personalities. C1- description of the encounter C2-how the encounter affected your life and other

We first saw her standing by the roadside. For a moment she looked like a normal old lady wanting to cross the road. Then I noticed that she was hesitant about crossing even when the road was clear. Quickly my friends; Dean, Ravin and I walked over to her and offered our hands. She took mine. However, as I tried to lead her across the road, she resisted and said, "I want to go to church." Well, I had assumed wrongly that she wanted to cross the road whereas she wanted to go to a church on this side of the road. Still, why was she standing by the roadside appearing to want to cross ? I looked in the direction of the church and saw her problem. Between us and the church's entrance was a kerb meant for pedestrians to walk on but inconsiderate people had parked their motorcycles on the kerb making it impossible for anyone to walk on it. She was forced to walk along the road and she did not seem to be able to cope properly. She was at least seventy and showed signs of geriatric degeneration. Her steps were small and uncertain. She should not be out on her own. Anyhow, I led her by the hand step by step along the road towards the church. On the way, Ravin suggested she get a walking stick. She replied that she already had one given to her by her daughter. She said that she was just too shy to use it in public. She wanted to attend a function that was being held there that evening. It took about ten minutes for us to walk the thirty or so meters to the entrance. There, one of her church members came over to greet her. The old lady thanked us for helping her. We nodded our heads and I released my hold on her hand and we headed off to where we were going. Nobody arrived at their final hours wishing that they’d spent more time for themselves, but seniors know better than most what’s really important in life. Even older people in care homes with nursing facilities can still find time to socialise and engage in their favourite pastimes, so don’t let the years rush by without allowing yourself plenty of time to stop and smell the flowers along the way. It was indeed a memorable encounter, an experience that had changed us. C2 C1 C1- description of the encounter C2-how the encounter affected your life and other
