Ventilation and Water Compliance Ltd was founded in 2018 and provides complete Air & Water
solutions for businesses throughout the UK. Our workforce has a wealth of experience with over
33 years within the water and air hygiene industry. Our aim is to provide a friendly and
professional service to new and existing customers. We provide a flexible and confidential service
and aim to work with you, to meet your work requirements and budget restraints.

We offer complete building services for ventilation hygiene, water treatment, kitchen extract
cleaning, fire damper inspections and remidal works, and ductwork pressure testing.

Ventilation and Water Compliance Ltd is known as VW Compliance and has seen continued and
steady growth within our ventilation, water treatment kitchen extract, kitchen deep cleans, fire
dampers and ductwork pressure testing division since inception.

FIRE DAMPER

VW Compliance carries out fire damper inspections, maintenance and cleaning to commercial
properties ensuring they conform to BS9999 standards.
Where remedial works are identified we will work with you to plan a course of action. For
example, resolving access issues when carrying out fire damper drop down tests and repairs to
ensure the damper is in working order,
and ensuring you are compliant inaccordance with BESA DW145.

certification labels

• Carryout full cleaning which will incorporate pre and

post photographic reports

• Carry out A full audit and drop down test

DUCTWORK PRESSURE TESTING

We understand the importance of the design and operation of ventilation systems. Its
recommended to prevent air leakage from ductwork, by pressure testing annually to ensure you
are meeting the building regulations and Building Engineering Services Association (BESA)
specifications. At VW Compliance we will carryout pressure testing for class A, B and C in
accordance with DW/143.

VENTILATION AND DUCTWORK

It is important to keep ventilation systems clean and maintained for a safe environment,
preventing air pollution and bacteria build up. At VW Compliance we will provide you with up to
date legislation and guidance, so you will comply with your insurance obligations and conform to
industry standards.

Risks that may be associated with air pollution and bacteria are; condensation, corrosion,
allergies, breeding and feeding grounds for insects and vermin. These are often hidden and over
looked within the ventilation and ductwork systems, which may cause serious health problems
for you, your employees and clientele.

Our samples will be sent to independent laboratories which provide analysis of results in
accordance with the current guidelines. VW Compliance will inform you of your test results
immediately, with any recommendations that need addressing.

VENTILATION MAINTENANCE

VW Compliance will supply and fit maintenance and inspection access hatches for carrying
out monitoring and cleaning of the ventilation and ductwork systems. We will attend sites to
carryout surveys alongside clients when required.

KITCHEN EXTRACT CLEANING

takes place regularly. Here at VW Compliance we will offer kitchen extracts systems, extract risers
and extractor fans cleaning services.

The main causes of fire comes from within kitchens, risers and ductwork where grease has built-
up. VW Compliance will support you with meeting your ‘duty of care’ responsibilities to comply
with insurance obligations and conform to the regulations to ensure all staff members, members
of the public and customers are not at risk.

Your kitchen must adhere to certain legislation which relates to the Food Hygiene Regulations Act
2006 (FHRA). Failure to comply will result in severe fines that can have a negative effect on
profitability, as well as the reputation of your business. Maintaining a clean kitchen environment
