ProStar began in 1988 when founder Paul Sheehy was a
first-year law student. Shortly thereafter, he enlisted the
services of former college football teammate, Warren
Schmidt and, as they say, “the rest is history.”

34 NFL Drafts later, Warren is Senior Vice-President and
heads our Philadelphia area office, and around 1998, Paul
and his family moved from Southern California to the
suburbs of Denver, Colorado where our main office is
located today.

In 2003, former NFL client, Jon Baker retired from his
playing days and joined us on the player representation
side, providing a unique perspective to our younger
clients on the NFL from an insider’s perspective. Today,
Jon is our Vice-President and is involved in all aspects of
our player (and coach) representation.

Paul, Warren, and Jon are each NFL Players Association
Certified Contract Advisors, offering unmatched
experience and expertise to our clients before, during and
long after their careers. We have negotiated literally
hundreds of NFL playing contracts, multiple contracts with
each team in the NFL, worth over a billion dollars in
compensation.

Paul Sheehy Warren Schmidt

A founder and President of ProStar , Paul has been certified by Warren is an NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor and has been a driving
the NFL Players Association since 1988 and is one of a very small force at ProStar since our inception. He is involved with contract
and elite group of NFL agents who have 30 years or more preparations, team contact, marketing and literally all aspects of day-
experience. Paul has negotiated hundreds of NFL Playing to-day operations regarding ProStar and its clients. Being with

Jon Baker
Jon is an NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor. He joined ProStar on the management side, after being a client of our agency since 1995. He is

a graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Business Management, and he received a Masters Degree in Organizational

Management from the University of Phoenix, while competing in football and track & field where he was an All-American long jumper.

During his NFL playing career, Jon kicked for the Dallas Cowboys and Kansas City Chiefs. Between active roster spots with the Cowboys and

Chiefs, he was in training camps with the San Francisco 49ers and Miami Dolphins, played with the Scottish Claymores of NFL Europe, and

with the CFL's B.C. Lions and Edmonton Eskimos. During his time with the 49ers, Jon spent time trying to qualify for the 1996 Olympic Trials.

Jon lives in Castle Rock, CO with his wife, Shanequa, and three daughters, Kori, Riley and Logan. ProStar
