1) BACKGROUND OF Jersi_kiito
Jersi_kiito is trying to become one of the Malaysia's number 1 football jersey seller which involved in
the sale of sports apparel. Jersi_kiito was established on July 2020 by a close friend suggestion.
Jersi_kiito is looking forward to a progressive development in Malaysia in future.
PURPOSE
The main purpose of Jersi_kiito establishment is to help football fans in Malaysia to support their
favourite football team by wearing the jersey of the team with an affordable price.
MISSION
Jersi_kiito's mission is to dominate the football jersey market in Malaysia.

3) REFLECTION OF THE BUSINESS

First and foremost, Jersi_kiito was my first ever business even though as a dropshipper. To become
better at promoting and sales I had to learn how to build an Instagram business account and
Facebook page and how to manage my business. I also apply some of the knowledge that I learn
from my beloved lecturer Miss Ashikin Zainuddin Tan in e-Entrepreneurship subject (ETR2583) for
example how to promote and market my product on social media.

Next I got to know how to communicate with people. For example, how to deal with the supplier
and how to get in touch with the customer. I also learn how to convince my customer to buy my
jersey.

Lastly, I also learnt how to deal with a few problems for example there were a few of my customers
bought the wrong size even though I already gave them the size chart for each jersey. For that, I had
to deal with both my customer and supplier in order to give satisfaction to my customer.

From my experience, its not easy to be a succesful entrepreneur. To become succesful, I need to
learn a lot of new things such as how to use social media platform, how to communicate and more.
With the help from my lecturer and strong support from my friends I somehow manage to overcome
my problems although there are still things that I need to improve.
