CAnAl30 is being developed by husband and wife team Charles and Ruth Bambage who for over 20 years have been instrumental in developing a number of very successful property schemes in the north of england and overseas. they were one of the rst developers to recognise the residential potential of leeds City Centre and were behind the ground breaking ‘Quays’ riverside development of over 100 apartments.
This was followed notably by the restoration and residential development of listed buildings Bedford Chambers at 26/27 Park Row, followed by ‘The Hall’ and ‘Concept’ in the very popular Chapel Allerton Conservation Area of Leeds.
They have also developed a substantial commercial property portfolio encompassing
a 25,000 sq ft purpose built retail and of ce building let to the NHS for over 20 years as well as Citilodge Hotel Wake eld, various industrial parks and numerous executive residential apartments.
Charles also has a background of 45 years in high class wool textile manufacturing and international
