enhance public safety by funding
science-based fire investigation

not firefighting. It’s that simple.

With this laser focus on
fire investigation, we
believe that we can use
our endowment, your
gifts, to make significant
gains in the science of
fire investigation.

We’re different because we’re committed to actually funding
our mission. We’re going to work twice as hard building an
endowment for a future of continuous research and training
but also we’re going to start giving grants and scholarships
right away. There’s little time to waste.

FIRE-Foundation Training is key to improving investigative outcomes. Our
focus is not only fire investigation research but on using
Fire Investigation that research to improve the fire investigation classroom.
