amazing numbers by treating our customers in Un-carrier style! They’ve delivered awesome innovation and tools to help our Frontline
better connect with and serve our customers, and these (657!!) superstars will receive the magenta carpet treatment during this
unforgettable reward trip!
Why Puerto Rico? When Hurricane Maria hit the region in 2017, T-Mobile was on the ground ensuring the safety of our teams, restoring
communication networks, and delivering much-needed supplies to the island. We promised we would not stop until the island got back
on its feet – and we meant it! By taking hundreds of our employees and their guests to the island for one of our biggest celebrations of
the year, we’re continuing that commitment and our investment in revitalizing the region, and showing our support for our incredible
Puerto Rico team.

Senior Expert – Chattanooga, TN

Diana is a recent addition to the T-Mobile family, having joined in 2018 and hit the ground running. She
went from start to Senior Expert in just 14 months, demonstrating that she is always willing to go to battle
for her team and her customers. She’s a true team player whose team describes her as the “epitome of
consistency” and a “true breath of fresh air”.

JUAN COELLO – Mobile Expert of the Year

Mobile Expert – Hazlet, NJ

This “sales warrior” is “the most curious and interesting person you’ll ever meet”. He has the passion and
ability to influence at all levels, from customers to his peers to his management. He is described by his
teammates as having a strong, winning work ethic; as a proactive problem-solver, and self-motivated. At the
beginning of 2018, he made a goal for himself that he wanted to achieve Winners Circle recognition, and
possibly a PEAK Achievement Award. Two huge goals – both accomplished!

JERRY HOLLINGSWORTH – Switch Technician of the Year
Senior Switch Technician - Portland, OR – 2004 PEAK Achievement Winner

Jerry is a Magenta veteran, having been at T-Mobile for 23 years! This Gold Medalist at the T-Mobile’s 2019 Tech
Olympics is the go-to Switch guy in our Portland, Oregon market, while also supporting the wider Spokane, Montana,
and Seattle teams. He’s soft-spoken, yet passionate. Humble, yet confident. Jerry is described as always being one
step ahead – and his more-than-impressive depth of knowledge enables our field teams to get to work quickly and
efficiently. He is the definition of a true team player!

GUS SANCHEZ – T-Mobile for Business Salesperson of the Year

Senior Enterprise Account Executive - Frisco, TX

Gus is a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, described as “without equal” when it comes to knowing his customer
and their business needs. Even one of his accounts, Walmart, has paid the highest of compliments to Gus, noting,
“he knows more about Walmart than 99 percent of the employees!” But for Gus, it’s more than just being a strong
salesperson. He conducted nine Elevate Training sessions on “Knowing Your Vision” for more than 100 TFB new hires
in 2018. He not only took PTO in Puerto Rico with his family to help rebuild an orphanage destroyed in Hurricane Maria
– he donated 50 percent of his Q1 commission to the effort. As Gus’ leadership says, “#WEWONTSTOP is pretty much
the definition of Gus!”

PHIL CANDELERIA – Metro by T-Mobile Sales Rep of the Year

Retail Store Manager - Dublin, CA

Philip Candelaria dominated the Winners Circle rankings in 2018 - finishing #1 overall in the country! Phil finished
in the top two in three of four categories along with two first place finishes – that’s unheard of! What makes that even
more impressive is that Phil had a young, inexperienced team and led them to these outstanding results. Phil creates
a competitive yet supportive culture in his store and demands customer experiences that generate enthusiastic and
loyal customers. He teaches his team to focus on ‘owning the sale’ while constantly strategizing on ways to increase
efficiencies and business. Team development is the key to Phil’s success – along with his passion to be #1!

Here are the 2019 Talent Contest Winners who will perform at Winners Circle

TAYLOR BRADLEY ABRAHAM STEPHENS

Assoc Engineer, Systems Architecture Account Expert, TEX, Oakland Customer Experience Center
Taylor has worked at T-Mobile for more than two years at Abraham has been a part of T-Mobile for just over a year and
headquarters in Bellevue, WA. He joined the messaging strives to take his TEX team to the next level with his positive
team just before the launch of the Digits product and played attitude and energy day in and day out. Music has been a
a key role in troubleshooting. He’s always found an immense lifelong passion and pursuit for him. Aside from singing in
interest in guitar and grew that interest into a handful of other church all growing up, he sang and played guitar in a pop/
instruments as well. Taylor keeps busy juggling between work, rock band for about four years after high school. Abraham has
music and continuing his education in the tech industry. always loved bringing joy through music and is thrilled to be
able to now bring that to his T-Mobile family.

MATTHEW CRORY

Account Expert, TEX, Oakland Customer Experience Center
Matthew has been with T-Mobile for a year and a half and
strives to be the next homegrown leader straight out of Maine.
He loves taking care of customers’ needs and helping his team
rock the new TEX world. Music has always been his passion
since he was little. Matthew taught himself to play three
instruments in high school, and spent a few years touring in an
Indie-Pop band. Now he enjoys being able to put those talents
to use as a part of T-Mobile and the Magenta Family.
