operation of first line. Project main structures are Material Mill
building, Pre-Heater and its associated structures. Cooling Tower, ID

fer Gallery between Material Mill Feed and Material Mill to the Kiln
Feed, Clinker Transfer Tunnel, Steel Structure between Pre-Heater

Modification & Development of Cooking Unit
The main aim of modification and development of existing pre-heater tower is
to increase the capacity of structure. Besides, due to the active production line,
the process of doing the project can be involved. On the other hand, adding or
Water&Power eliminating the metallic elements as well as the construction of the metallic

structures, next to the existing pre- heater, done with 3 storeys and 64 meters
height. Furthermore, a kiln feed with 38 meters height in 8 levels has been built
next to the pre-heater.
The concrete bypass as well as additive silos with different thicknesses are of
27- and 38-meters height respectively. Due to the concrete roof and cones on
the lower and inside of the silos, the project executed in the complicated pro-
cess.A still gypsum silo with 22m height with 7m diameters next to the above-
mentioned structures was carried out.
