ALFA MGC (Mobile Grain Complex) – is a mobile ALFA MGC
grain-cleaning complex with a capacity from 80 to
150 tph. Grain complex ALFA MGC is capable of and leguminous crops, corn, sorgo and sunflower
performing several functions itself: by means of its seeds received from the field to its feed hopper,
infeed conveyer it feeds up thrashed heaps of cereal then cleans and discharge the grain cleaned from
impurities to auto transport facilities.

GAMMA

STORAGE SILOS
HOPPER SILOS
ROMAX provides high-impact conical bottom silos with 45ᵒ, 60ᵒ and 66ᵒ degrees hoppers for operating
processing of raw materials from 4,5 m3 to 2 643 m3 capacity.
Roof, cylindrical body and supporting structures of a silo are made of strong construction steel grades
ROMAX plant gives importance to structural
solutions ensuring reliable operation in different
regions of the country with various snow, wind
and seismic load. Silos of our production are
metal-consuming and provided with reliable
load-carrying structures such as rafter roof
systems and stiffeners.
A standard equipment list of hopper silos
includes: a roof ladder with a safety fence, access
doors on bodysheets and a roof, a fully equipped
roof with free ventilation deflectors, ladder of a
silo body to the access door with fences and a
recreation platform under the access door, an
eave between a cylindrical body of a silo and a
roof preventing from water and snow entrance,
maximum and minimum level product indicators.
Silos can be additionally equipped with
the following equipment:
- Technical ventilation system;
- Temperature monitoring system;
- Feeding conveyer bridge;
- Support stands for the conveyor bridge rest on

STORAGE SILOS
FLAT BOTTOM SILOS
ROMAX manufactures high-impact flat bottom silos for long-term storage of raw materials from 65 m3 to
24 458 m3 capacity.
Roof, cylindrical body and supporting structures
of a silo are made of strong construction steel
grades.
In ROMAX flat bottom silos even the tiniest
details are designed to ensure the best conditions
for products saving. It delivers maximum terms of
storage and meanwhile minimizes losses. A flat
bottom silo structure is calculated in such a way
to contain maximum capacity of product using
minimum land area.
ROMAX silos are manufactured with completely
automatic production lines which enable us to
process over 25 000 tons of steel per year correlating
to 2 500 000 m3 of grain storage.
A standard equipment list of flat bottom silos includes: a fully equipped roof with free ventilation

animal feed storage.

solutions for animal feed storage used for farming.
Having comparatively compact size feed silos are
equipped with reinforced support stands and with
a roof structure rigidity increased. Our technologies

climatic zones.

CONVEYING EQUIPMENT
BUCKET ELEVATORS
ROMAX bucket elevators are designed for the
vertical transport of bulk materials. The capacity is
from 5 to 2 500 tph. The elevators are developed and
manufactured under production-line conditions
what ensures their operational reliability and a
long-life cycle. They are equipped with high-quality
components. A filling tray, a cover of the top head
and a discharging tray are lined with polymer
plates increasing the operating life of the unit and
reducing harm to the product being conveyed.
Buckets are manufactured by French company
STIFF, they contain a vast amount of conveying
product what increases the output to 10-15% in
comparison with its nominal rate. A high impact
belt resists a load from 400 to 1600 N/mm.

CHAIN CONVEYORS
ROMAX chain conveyors are excellently suited for horizontal
transport of bulk materials (with a slope less than 7%).
The capacity is from 25 tph to 2 500 tph. They are developed
and manufactured under production-line conditions.
Power-drive stations with an axle gear motor have an
enhanced service factor rate what qualifies the unit as a
reliable one for using under different operating conditions.
The bottom of the conveyor is lined with
a polymer 10 mm thick plate increasing
the operating life of the unit and reducing
harm to the product being conveyed.
The equipment list includes: speed
detector, off-track detector, overflow
indicator, filling and discharge.
On request the unit can be completed
with a redler gate required for feeding of
product to two or more directions.

GRAIN DUMP PIT SYSTEM
Grain dump pit system provided by ROMAX is
a process engineering solution which ensures a
quality results during use of the unit under different
operating conditions.
The grain dump pit system consists of a hopper
bin receiving raw products from auto transport and
railway facilities.
One can use it with gently inclined or belt
conveyors.
On request the grain dump pit system can be
equipped with a truck tipper, a strong screen
for auto transport facilities movement and also
preventing from foreign objects in, an adjusting
device for conveying equipment.

ASPIRATION SYSTEM
In conform to fire safety and industrial sanitation requirements each elevator and grain processing plant
shall be equipped with an aspiration system able to clean air from dust appearing during unloading and
further processing of incoming product.
ROMAX plant manufactures and markets aspiration equipment with high dust-collection efficiency (up to
100%).
