Introduction
Figure 1: Soccer is very popular; this picture shows the world cup 2018.
What makes soccer so popular?
It is incredible how people around the world live the sport of soccer, as if was a belief. More than 4 billion people watch the world cup; it’s almost half the population of the Earth. Let us take a look at those factors to make soccer popular. Who are the superstars in the soccer game? Try to introduce the most popular competition, the “World Cup” and how to

play soccer. Soccer is inexpensive easy to play, so that it can be played anyhow and anywhere. It develops through global marketing and worldwide leagues. We could watch the beautiful game field and excellent soccer stars with specific clubs or players. That’s why we are so passionate or loyal to soccer.
Soccer is so cheap to play. Sometimes you don’t even need a soccer ball. Maybe the ball was a can form Soda or a plastic bottle from a juice someone bought. Any of these items would be a perfect soccer ball. Also, we could use two objectives to mark the goal. The objectives could be rocks, shoes and sticks. The great
thing is that we used to play anywhere we had space in the streets, in the school’s recess, in an empty lot. What makes soccer so great is that you can use your imagination to play anyhow and anywhere in the world. You can do anything to play the game; the only limit is your imagination.
Most of the sports are played just in one area of the world, but soccer is played absolutely everywhere in th world. FIFA officially has 211 member countries divided into six regions. This means every country in every continent has the chance to compete in the FIFA World Cup. Being an internationally played sport means it will be the one with the most competition. The country that wins the World Cup can actually be named “World Champion”. If you represent your country to win the championship, you’ll be the superstar and heroes of your country. We all love soccer just like our country. We all love soccer!

Overview
The rules of soccer What are the rules of a soccer game? The start and restart of the play are generally determined by a coin toss to kick- off. Kick-Off occurs at the start of each half, and after each goal is scored, and is taken the centre the halfway line. There are clear
requirements describing “The field of play”, “The ball”, “The number of players”, “The player’s equipment” and “The duration of the match”. There are referees and assistant referees to judge “The ball in and out of play”, “scoring or not”, “Fouls and misconduct” and “Offside”. The rule of “Offside” is when an attacking player receives the ball while on his opponent half, he must be level or behind the
second to last defender (the last typically being the goalkeeper). It’s exciting or interesting to watch the” Free Kicks”, “The corner kick” and “The penalty kick”. Sometimes we could get the surprises of the “Throw- In” or “The goal kick”. There are lots of things that happen between two 45-minutes halves of the match.

The MVP player Messi
“The world cup” is coming next year. We all know the top two- player “Messi” and “Cristiano Ronaldo”. It’s sad to hear about the failure of the Portugal team at the trial of the world cup. He has to compete with the Italian team to get the certification to attend World Cup 2022. Unfortunately, we may not watch the top 2 players perform at the same game or sa3e field. I think the record audience at the Russia world cup is 3.5 billion. It’s possible to
break the record in 2022. At least, I’ll be one of those billion fans.

Most males liked to kick
soccer when they were
young for fun, not a race.
There was a boy named
Messi who loved soccer
very much. He had well
skills and ran faster than
others, but he was only
125 centimetres high when he was ten years old. Ten centimetres lower than the average height of same-aged children made him more difficult to attend the soccer team. He didn’t get enough growth hormones to grow higher. He really loves soccer, so he and his father decided to find a medical solution. He needed to be injected with growth hormones every day.
But is cost a lot and they could not afford it. They needed 1000-1500 USD per month. His father took him to Barcelona to meet the manager of FC Barcelona to persuade him that Messi was a soccer genius. They could invest in Messi to heal and expect the future for his being a professional soccer player. Messi efforts for his soccer dream to overcome the illness and migrates from Argentina to Spain when he was only ten years old. Now it’s said Messi is the most valuable soccer player in the world.

Opinion Writing
What do we learn from soccer?
We must work hard for our dream; maybe dreams will come true. First, we need to make sure of what we want to do. Second, we should pay attention and effort to it. Finally, all we have to do is insist and improve ourselves better and better. Messi said he remembered the first soccer ball just like the candy in his heart; soccer had totally changed his life. He didn’t know what the meaning of his illness effect to his family, but he really understood he had to prove himself through soccer and not to be abandoned. Trust yourself and your families. Trust that hard work will make you successful. Someone asked him how to succeed at soccer, there is only the scene that appeared in his brain. What’s that? It’s the soccer kicking and bouncing with the wall again and again. Sometimes we faced difficulties or dilemmas and fought lonely, but we need to trust ourselves to own the courage and take the fearless response.

Conclusion
Being the most popular sport, it’s inexpensive to play the ball. You could play by yourself or play with others. It’s no need to own superior talent, you could play a different role with soccer. Maybe you run faster to be a forward.
Maybe you have the good skill of soccer pass, you could play the role of centre-forward. Maybe you are strong and kick far; you could play the role of fullback. Not at all about the above; you might be a smart goalkeeper.
Teamwork makes us communicate with each other, but also, we could practice ourselves to improve the independent skills. That’s flexible and free. We could play anywhere, anytime and anyhow.
Being a fan, we watch the two genius players” Messi” and “C. Ronaldo”. We all have soccer heroes or superstars in our minds. They represent a decade or dynasty of soccer. Each age brings forth new genius on the land, and each will rule its own domain for years to come. It was David Beckham before, and now they’re
Messi and C. Ronaldo. In the future, the different stars will come out. But there will not be change, we love soccer, and we try to win the championship of World Cup.

By the way, I found the memorial silver coins of Russia World Cup 2018 when I helped to clean the house at the end of 2021. The FIFA World Cup-Qatar 2022 is coming soon. I hope to watch the last competition between Messi and C. Ronaldo in the World Cup. Also, I want to collect some souvenirs of the World Cup- Qatar 2022, just like silver coins. Nowadays, there are not many Asian teams or players at the World Cup, but we all are fans of soccer. Someday, we could also have soccer hero or superstars of our country perform on the field of the World Cup.
