Steve Altemare is a Senior Vice President with Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC and contributes
more than 25 years of experience in the retail industry, focusing on retail leasing and site selection since 1994.
His current responsibilities include tenant representation, retail site selection and analysis, retail leasing and
sales, as well as site acquisition for shopping centers and freestanding retail buildings. Steve has completed
more than 500 deals for retailers, including Kohl’s, Gordmans, The Home Depot, Walmart, Applebee’s,
Golden Corral, and ALDI. Steve’s background includes implementing a multi-store opening strategy for IHOP
Corporation and for Deal$ Stores in northeast Ohio. His active roster of clients includes Starbucks, CarMax Auto Superstores, Men’s Wearhouse, Valvoline
Instant Oil Change, K&G Superstores, The Fresh Market, Jo-Ann, Shoe Carnival, Blaze Pizza and Gordmans. In addition to tenant representation, Steve is

Daniel A. D. Clark, who has been with Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC since January 2002, is a Vice
President in the Columbus, Ohio, office. Daniel specializes in representation of retailers and developers in
their site selection, multi-parcel land assemblage, leasing, investment analysis and the development/
redevelopment process throughout Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky. His current tenant representation clients

Kyle Hartung is the Vice President, Director of Investment Sales with Goodman Real Estate Services Group
LLC. Kyle graduated from the University of Nebraska with a B.S.B.A. in Finance and International Business
and a B.A. in Spanish. He has extensive experience in all aspects of owner/seller and tenant/buyer
representation. During his 12 years with Goodman Real Estate Services Group, Kyle has represented
clients in a broad assortment of transactions, including sales and acquisitions of buildings and land, leases
of several types of property, and lease extensions and renegotiations. Combining his financial background with his years of retail leasing and sales
experience, Kyle started the investment sales division of the company from the ground up. Shortly thereafter, he was appointed Director of Investment
Sales for the company. Kyle currently markets investment properties for sale throughout the United States to a continuously growing list of national and
international buyers. Kyle offers national investment advisory and brokerage services to sellers and buyers alike; and because the company has direct lines
of communication with most national tenants, he is able to provide his clients with reliable and accurate information in order to assist them in making

Steven Dorsky joined Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC in April 2016, bringing with him 30 years
of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining the company, Steven spent 18 years at DDR, a

transactions and is currently representing Giant Eagle in the disposition of over 650,000 square feet of space. In addition, Rob has completed the sale of
net lease properties and shopping centers in multiple states throughout the eastern United States.
Michael Solomon SENIOR DIRECTOR
Michael Solomon is a Senior Director with Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC. Mike graduated in
1994 from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Environmental Science and started his career with the
United States Forest Service. In 1998, Mike moved to his hometown of Cleveland and, for seven years,
worked in the specialty coffee business, focusing on marketing and sales. He was responsible for supporting
the company through market research, analysis and research material production. Today, Mike is involved in marketing both new developments and
existing shopping centers plus multiple land sites for sale or lease. Additionally, he has specialized in recent years in the disposition of restaurant and bank
properties. Mike has conducted dispositions throughout Ohio for PNC Bank, Ruby Tuesday, Donatos Pizza, GE Capital and Joe’s Crab Shack. His business
also includes representing clients in their site selection process. Mike currently represents Regency Beauty Institute, The UPS Store, Lady Jane’s Haircuts for
Men, Golfsmith, Denny’s, Which Wich Superior Sandwiches, Taco Bell and PNC Bank.

Bobby Benjamin SENIOR DIRECTOR
Bobby Benjamin is a Senior Director of Goodman Real Estate Services Group. Bobby has worked in the
retail industry for over 25 years, with experience in mall and strip center leasing, tenant representation
and specializing in big-box disposition. In the 1990s, he began leasing strip centers and a regional mall,
completing 70 deals, including the expansion of a Kohl’s unit and bringing in a new Sears anchor, while
subleasing over 640,000 square feet of vacancies for Kmart. The second half of the decade, Bobby was
the broker for Samuels & Associates’ midwest o ce, where he handled multiple properties for lease
and tenant representation, including six BJ’s Wholesale Clubs in Ohio as well as disposition for Walmart. Before joining the company, he held a
brief and very successful sole proprietorship, choosing to join Goodman Real Estate Services Group at Randy Goodman’s invitation in order to
share opportunities and strengths going forward. Having leased, bought or sold over 4 million square feet of recycled big boxes, Bobby has been
instrumental in bringing together landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers. This was highlighted by the leasing of a vacant Home Depot EXPO Design

Shaun Brady SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Shaun Brady is a Senior Associate with Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC. He is a well-known
and respected developer, builder, and consultant. Shaun’s experience provides him with a thorough
understanding of the entire real estate transaction, from site selection and municipal approvals to
construction, leasing, and sales. He has been in construction since 1989 and is currently the managing
member of Brady Development as well as an owner in various development projects and several
businesses. Throughout the course of his career, Shaun has developed, built, managed, sold and leased many properties. He has also developed multiple
residential projects and built over 150 custom homes. Since 1998, Shaun has focused on commercial construction, development, management, and
sales and leasing. He has also consulted non-profit and for-profit businesses, and he has structured real estate deals for development and purchase or
sale. Shaun has often obtained municipal approvals on behalf of these clients. Shaun served for four years on Avon City Council and was council
President for two of those years. This diverse experience helps Shaun bring an extremely creative and collaborative approach to the real estate brokerage
business. Currently, he is leasing and selling various types of real estate, including land, retail, medical and office buildings. Shaun also consults business
owners regarding various real estate requirements.
Seth J. Marks SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Seth J. Marks is a Senior Associate with Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC. He graduated
from The Ohio State University in 2008 with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration
in Finance, Real Estate and Urban Analysis. Seth joined the company in 2014 after working for
Glimcher Realty Trust, Cullinan Properties and Kaplan Real Estate. Since 2008, Seth has completed
over 250 transactions for his landlord and tenant clients in over 15 states. He specializes in shopping
center leasing, land sales, tenant site selection, land assemblage and disposition for corporate clients. Seth also has experience leasing in-line and
kiosk mall space, mixed-use developments and other retail developments in multiple states. His current portfolio totals over 3.5 million square
feet comprised of new ground-up developments, multi-anchored power centers, community centers, freestanding buildings and undeveloped
land. Seth represents multiple landlords in leasing their retail properties, including LRC Realty, Schottenstein Property Group, Devonshire REIT,
Visconsi Companies Ltd., Wald & Fisher Inc., Sequoia Realty and Zeisler Morgan Properties, Ltd. He also works exclusively with the following

Anne M. Santora is the Director of Operations at Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC. Anne has
worked as a support person in the commercial real estate business for over 28 years. She graduated
from Dyke College in 1987 with a B.S. in Secretarial Administration. Anne spent ten years with The
Hausman Companies, first as a management secretary and then as the office manager. She has also held
positions with First Union Management and Omni Realty Company. Having been with Goodman Real
Estate Services Group since 2000, Anne oversees the company’s computer systems, including all hardware and material production machines. Her
responsibilities touch almost every part of the operation of the company, including financial operations, human resources and administrative

and a minor in Marketing. From her previous position with a Fortune 500 company division, she brings
nine years of significant marketing background to the company. Michelle’s responsibilities range from

since 2004. Heather’s previous work experience in city and urban planning at the local and state levels
brings the company a unique perspective into the Central Ohio market. She works with the Columbus
area brokers and agents to assemble information and produce the marketing plans for property listings.
Heather’s duties also include assisting in the development of strategic goals and preparation of market penetration plans. She most recently worked
as the marketing and strategic sales coordinator for a small, start-up business while also working in residential real estate rehabilitating and leasing
