At the General Meeting, in order to constitute a quorum, there shall be the attendees with collective votes of at least one-fourth of total number of the votes. In case the number of Co-owners presented in the meeting do not constitute a quorum as specified under paragraph one, the meeting shall be re-arranged within fifteen days from the date convening in the previous time and the latter General Meeting does not require that the quorum shall be constituted.
