EXAM RELATED CIRCULAR 2021-22

Dear teachers,
Hari Om

 Weightage of Portions for the Term 2/Annual Examination Question
paper is as follows:

Max. Marks Duration Units to be included
35/40
40 Class - XI Term 2 Portions

2 hours Term 2 portions
Class - IX
Term 1 – 5marks
2 hours Term2 – 5 marks
Classes VI – VIII Term 3 – 20 marks
Term 3 Portions
Main Subjects - 30 1 hour 30 minutes
III Language - 20 Term 1, Term2,
1 hour Term3 portions
Language and Maths - 25 Classes III – V Term 3 portions
1 hour 30 minutes
Term 3 portions
EVS and Social Science 1 hour 30 minutes

III Language - 15 1 hour

 Question papers for all the classes have to be sent along with the
Blueprint to the respective Mail Id, shared earlier.

After the Evaluation of Answer papers of Term2/ Annual Examination 2022,
subject teachers have to submit the list of students who have scored less than
33% so that their Retest can be planned in advance before the commencement
of classes.
 For IX & XI less than 33% in TERM I & TERM II Theory Paper (Excluding

Internal Marks)
 For Classes III – VIII less than 33% in Annual Examination (Excluding Internal

Marks)
 Co scholastic grades to be submitted to the teacher in charge of Exam Cell.

 Co scholastic grades of Classes III - VIII to be submitted to Class Teachers on
or before 5th March 2022.

 The following teachers are in charge of Exam cell. All the teachers have to
handover the Evaluated Answer Papers, Mark lists to these teachers in charge.

 Teachers in Charge of Exam Cell, please maintain proper record of issue,
submission and collection of all documents.

 The Annual Exam Paper will be evaluated at Three stages as usual

▪ Evaluation by the Subject Teacher (Red Colour Ink) 
▪ Cross checking by the checker (Black Colour Ink) 

▪ Scrutiny & Mark list Checking by Super Checker (Pink Colour)

 All the subject teachers have to submit the Blue Print, QP and Answer Key to
the following subject teachers in charge.

Principal on the last day of the Examination.

 Report Card of the Final Examination of all classes will be issued to the parent
after clearing all dues as per the date mentioned in the Examination Calendar.

 All teachers, please be careful and vigilant while doing Exam Related Duties.
For any clarification, please feel free to contact the In Charge Teachers
concerned.
