San Andreas Law Book
Purpose-
The creation of a document to ensure safety of San Andreas and a
fair, well documented process for all enforcement for criminal
penalties in the state of San Andreas as written in its laws and
codes.

TITLE 1 Vehicles
Section 1.1- License
1. All residents must have a valid driver's license and in possession any time operating a
motor vehicle.
2. Residents must have the appropriate licenses to operate cars, helicopters/planes
Section 1.2- Vehicle conditions
1. All motorized vehicles must be in working conditions
2. All vehicles must have working tail lights, headlights and all windows must be in tact
Section 1.3- Speed Limit
1. All residents must obey all posted speed limits.
