INTO EMPLOYMENT SUPPORTING MESSAGE 2 Your investment changes the world. By supporting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDG) of developing tomorrow’s workforce and placing them with local opportunities, your support helps break the cycle of poverty. Additionally, direct donor contributions to Into Employment ensure that every child who walks through the doors of Children International who hopes to pursue Into Employment receives the opportunity.

INTO EMPLOYMENT SUPPORTING MESSAGE 3 Into Employment provides pathways to employment for youth in Latin America, Asia, Africa and the United States. Sustainable work is a critical step out of poverty and enables the individual’s journey to achieve opportunities otherwise unattainable. Employed young people become the multiplying factor to help their families and others in their communities rise above their current situations and conquer the cycle of generational poverty. Into Employment empowers a mindset of possibilities, optimism, confidence and resilience. Children International excels in this pursuit because we are part of the local community, with a passionate team who develops deep relationships with employers to unleash the futures of these young adults.

INTO EMPLOYMENT HEADLINES Out of poverty. Into employment. Turn potential into possible. Invest in futures. Break cycles for good. Change a generation. We have more work to do. Independence and financial stability start here.

INTO EMPLOYMENT PHOTOGRAPHY Into Employment photography follows the same guidelines as all Children International photography. Subjects include youth, their families, donors, supporters, employers and other partners. Photos should be thoughtfully composed and tell a story about the program and participants.

INTO EMPLOYMENT PHOTOGRAPHY — DUOTONES Duotone color combinations: • Blue/light blue • Purple/orange • Green/teal Duotones should be used in a limited capacity. They can be used to show context, vulnerability or lack of opportunity. They can also be used for backgrounds when the subject is in full color to communicate transformation.

INTO EMPLOYMENT SECONDARY GRAPHICS — LINEAR PATTERNS The arrow graphics represent the upward trajectory. The radial lines are a reference to the multiplier effect and the Children International logo. The lines have breaks in them as a metaphor for breaking the cycle of poverty.

INTO EMPLOYMENT SECONDARY GRAPHICS — CONTAINER SHAPES These shapes can be used as frames for photos or they can be used as graphic elements within a layout. They represent opportunity and upward mobility.
