THIS PLACE! i was lucky to be at a media event earlier this week for the launch of @TheMonarchbarkc.
it's located on the edge of The Plaza next to Jax and JJ's. it has an impressive patio and once you're inside
it'll blow your mind. it has a huge beautiful marble rectangle bar in the middle of the room, couches and
chairs on the perimeter, 1000 monarch butterfly sculptures hang above the bar as an art piece, the walls
look like a great art gallery and the menus look like it took a lifetime to create and also design. their attention
to detail and craft cocktails is another level. also, there's a private room in the back called The Parlor that
i'd like to live in. congrats to Mark, Kenny, Brock and the rest of the team there. they open officially on
