DESCRIPTION

These military issue Chemlights™ provide hours of illumination in any safety, industrial, or operational
application. Chemlights™ are waterproof, non-flammable, non-sparking, and nontoxic which makes
them useful in hazardous situations where sparks or flame could cause an explosion. Made exclusively
to military specifications in the US and Europe, Chemlights™ are deployed everywhere around the
world. Chemlights are non-toxic, non-flammable sources of light. Provides 360 degrees of illumination.
Designed for emergency, safety, and signaling use. They provide safe, effective lighting without head,
sparks, or flame. Compact size for easy portability. Chemiluminescent substance is non-toxic and
plastic body is phthalate free for safety. Lightstick is waterproof.

Duration is determined by the chemistry of the formulation. Brightness is affected by temperature: the
warmer the temperature, the brighter the light will appear. All sticks are tested at a temperature of 72
degrees F to determine the illumination duration. Viewing distance can be affected by temperature,
moisture, and other elements. Exposure to direct sunlight can reduce shelf life and effectiveness.

TAG BY LCI SHIPPING POLICY:

1. All orders will be invoiced at time of shipping.
2. All orders shipping to the continental United States will be charged a one time shipping and handling fee of $4.99 per order.
These orders will be shipped FedEx or UPS ground.
3. All orders shipping to an APO/FPO address or a PO Box will be charged a one time shipping and handling fee of $4.99 per
order. These orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail.
4. Standard shipping costs DO NOT apply to shipments going to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or any other US Territory off the
main land. Additional costs will be calculated and charged at the time of shipment.
5. Overnight, 2nd Day Air, and 3rd Day Air are available with increased charges. Please select this option as a method of
shipping during the checkout process or indicate in the customer comments section of your order form if you would prefer
one these methods.
6. International shipments: International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and full freight from the point of
origin. TAG by LCI will make every effort to consolidate into as few shipments as possible to minimize freight costs.
7. TAG by LCI is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
8. If your items are in stock, your order will ship Monday-Friday, within 1-3 business days of order placement.
9. Occasionally, stock is depleted and your order will go to backorder status. TAG will ship all in stock items immediately, and
fulfill the backorder once stock becomes available unless otherwise requested to hold and ship complete.

TAG BY LCI RETURN POLICY:

1. Any and all return requests must be made with 30 days upon receipt of shipment.
2. No refund will be applied to shipments that are refused at the time of delivery. There are no exceptions to this policy.
3. All sales are final on all headwear (due to Federal regulations), and closeout/overstock items. If apparel is ordered in the
wrong size, it is up to the discretion of TAG Customer Service to waive any potential restocking fees.
4. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued by a sales representative from TAG, and must accompany
all returns. No refunds will be issued without an RMA number.
5. Refunds are only available for products in new and saleable condition. If you product has been used, no refund will be issued.
If your product is worn out or unserviceable, please refer to the 100% Lifetime Guarantee Policy for repair or replacement.
6. No returns or refunds will be authorized for any custom TAG products.
7. Any order returned through no fault of TAG (such as size, or color choice) will be charged a 15% restocking fee at the
discretion of TAG Customer Service. All returns due to error by TAG will have any and all fees waived without question.

item is back-ordered, it will be shipped as soon as possible.

TAG LIFETIME WARRANTY

TAG warrants its manufactured nylon products against any defects in materials or workmanship for the life of the product. If
any manufactured defect in workmanship or materials is found in any of our products (a “Defective Product”), we will repair or
replace it, free of charge, for the lifetime of the product. TAG’s lifetime warranty DOES NOT cover (i) the normal wear and tear
associated with tactical nylon products and (ii) products damaged due to abuse, neglect, vandalism, fire or flood. Normal wear
and tear includes but is not limited to burns, cuts, webbing being torn off or cut off, gear that has been modified or changed
from its original configuration, frayed webbing, nylon or thread.
TAG customers are 100% responsible for any and all return shipping charges for Defective Products. Please do not send any
items back unless you have first received a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from a TAG customer service
representative by calling 1-888-890-1199. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferrable.
If you have purchased a TAG product from an authorized dealer and not from TAG directly, you will need to return your
Defective Product(s) to that dealer for an exchange or refund. If your Defective Product(s) have been issued to you from a
military supply ordering activity, command, LE agency or Federal agency, you must return them to your supply department for
replacement. TAG reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion whether a product is defective, and in the event that
TAG determines that a product has been returned to TAG and that the product is not defective, the product will be returned to
the purchaser at the purchaser’s cost.
