End Page File, Page setup, Select booklet or go to Advanced on the right, select booklet.
Publisher will query you about 4 pages, click yes.
Insert, Page, type 8. All the pages will be in the correct order.
Page numbers, Insert, page numbers, follow the prompts. You may have to
do this twice if you a viewing a two page spread.
