● Make purchase order receiving, purchase requisition regarding the items arrived in the system.

● Updating the government website such as Online Environmental Reporting (OER) website about industrial

effluent and sewage analysis to checked the result whether it followed the requirement from Department of

Environment (DOE).

● Joined a volunteer event that are conducted by Persatuan Mahasiswa Pasir Gudang where the event focused on

community work which clean the surrounding area of flat housing.

● Distribute food aid and cash to the poor who lives in the flat area, provide free health screening and distribute

free face masks for the community in this pandemic era.

● Maintain frequent communication and cooperate with 30 committee members as well as strengthen friendship

with 40 residents of the flat.

to the appropriate team members as well as develop team schedules and assist in the successful onboarding and

training of the team members.

● Creating and communicate a clear list of expectations and goals for team members to follow in order to make

this trip successful as it will give marks for us.

● Maintain frequent communication to offer encouragement, amend tasks and provide updates and progress to

lecturer in charge.

Moving Forward After SPM Pasir Gudang, Johor

Board of Director May 2017

● Conducted a motivational event as one of the Board of Director under Persatuan Belia FTNS and Persatuan

Mahasiswa Pasir Gudang to provide guidance and exposure to 200 STPM students and SPM leavers on the

right courses as well as advice on career paths they choose.

● Cooperated with 10 committee members in engaging, communicating and advising to students and teachers

approximately 20 potential schools in Pasir Gudang in enlisting their commitment to join the program.

● Worked in a team to prepare a good proposal in strategizing funding and sponsorship initiatives, managed to

accumulate RM3,000 of funds.
