GUACAMOLE INGREDIENTS

•10 Tomatoes
•5 Onions
•1 bunch Coriander
•3 large Avocados
•Salt
•Black pepper

PROCEDURE – BUTTERNUT CHAPATIS

1. Peel butternut and boil for 40-45 minutes till well
done, drain the water
2. Put your onions in a pan and sautee them.
3. Add your butternut and mash till fine then put it
aside to cool
4. After it cools put the butternut in a bowl and add
your 1kg flour and knead till it is not sticky
5. Add some more flour if need be then let your dough
rest for about 30mins
6. Roll your dough out and split it into small buns.
7. Roll out the small buns and cook them on a pan with
very little oil.

PROCEDURE – GUACAMOLE

1. Dice your onions, tomatoes, coriander and mix them
together in a bowl
2. Add your avocado and mix well
3. Season with salt and black pepper

•4 pieces of tamarind (already removed from the shell)
INGREDIENTS •4 whole cassava
•Salt
•500 ml Cooking Oil •Black pepper
•7 Whole tilapia
•3 Onions PROCEDURE
•6 Tomatoes
•3 large Green bell peppers 1.Cut the cassava into cubes (your preferred size)
•Dill 2.Put in a boiling pot
•Salt 3.Add the tamarind
•Black Pepper 4.Add salt and black pepper
5.Boil for 30-45 minutes
PROCEDURE 6.Drain the water and separate the cassava from the
