The business named “Ketagih Desserts” it is contained of sweet dessert and savoury dessert such as, batik cake, curry puff and “cucur badak”. The specialty of our batik cake is from the topping of sauce that we create by ourselves and with difference kind of sauce such as, Nutella and dark chocolate. This shows the uniqueness of the product other than the existing market of sweet desserts. Next is the frozen food. In frozen food is contain of two type of savoury dessert it is “cucur badak” and curry puff. All these two savouries dessert is totally homemade that usually made not more than a week after the order gathered. The specialty of our product is, they are totally homemade and made by full of loves. KETAGIH DESSERT
MENU CURRYPUFF WITH MEAT/chicken CURRY FILLING rm 10.00 Tips: To get a bulging curry, knead / flatten the dough into an oval shape. Place the filling as usual and pull the end of the dough slightly so that the curry maintains an oval shape. Crimp and done. To freeze the curry paste, arrange the curry paste (spaces apart) in a tin and put the curry paste in the fridge until it hardens, then take it out and arrange it tightly in a closed container.
