Galaxy Desserts
Galaxy Desserts, was founded by Jean‐Yves Charon
and Paul Levitan in 1998. They shared the vision of a
company devoted to producing individual, innovative,
gourmet desserts of exceptional quality. Galaxy has
earned numerous awards and honors including the
NASFT Outstanding Dessert of the Year Award and
Oprah’s “Favorite Things” Awards. Galaxy Desserts is
located in Richmond, CA.
The Galaxy Desserts product line includes mousse cakes, cheesecakes,
tarts, crèmes and pastries. We make our hand‐crafted desserts ourselves
in our state‐of‐the‐art production bakery.
Our all‐natural desserts are flash‐frozen to seal in the just‐baked flavor so they
taste as if they came right out of your oven. We source all of our ingredients
from the highest quality suppliers.
