Do you know about Sekoteng?
It’s a traditional drink made from green beans, peanuts, and chunks of bread mixed
with the ginger water. Sekoteng is a famous traditional drink from Central Java with
drink taste of ginger and it is usually served hot.
Ingredients:
2 spoons of pomegranate seeds / pearl Chinese, boiled
2 lbr bread, diced
5 spoons of shelled peanuts, fried or roasted

MAKING A TRADITIONAL MASK
Masks have existed in Indonesia since prehistoric
times. They are widely used in mask dances which
are part of traditional ceremonies or retelling ancient
stories from ancestors. It is believed that masks are
closely related to the spirits of the ancestors who are
